We stayed there in September and had a great time. Everyone spoke English very well, was very accommodating and friendly. We checked in very late around 3am, and we actually got two single beds, but the night porter said he can't do anything then but it can be sorted the next morning, which it swifty was. Nice food considering how... More

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and the food was very tasty... especially the breakfasts. My daughter loved the snack bar in particular. The entertainment was alright but nothing overly special. The animation team were friendly but the activities were somewhat repetitive. Thoroughly enjoyable week but I feel was very expensive for what it was (its was in... More

The overall build of the hotel is nice, it's situated in a lovely area. Many bars, restaurants and activities near by. Lidl is around a 15min walk away which is convenient. The hotel staff are friendly, the rooms were clean. Towels and bedding were changed daily, the room includes a mini fridge which is handy. My only fault with the... More

Myself and my wife Stayed at the mercury for 10 days in september really nice hotel in a nice location the staff were friendly although in our opinion the food wasnt up to much so we just ate out most nights as there were plenty of places to eat within walking distance and resonably priced. The snacks between meals were... More

Drinks good lots of choices on the all inclusive and all inclusive until 11pm. Clean hotel which is quite modern. Pool area is great, lots of sunbeds and large pool. Unfortunately not... More

Had a week at this hotel, and the design and the actual set up of the hotel could not be faulted. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the staff. With the exception of one young brunette at the reception desk, the staff were hell bent on saying no instead of yes to help their customers. Bar staff couldn't give... More
