Stayed in this hotel as a group of four friends. When arriving it was past the check in time and our room were still not ready leaving us to wait around. We booked two premium double rooms which were far from it, on website premium rooms are advertised as two beds and a spacious area. The room we received was far from this, a standard cramped double room. When we said this to the front desk they were very unhelpful and said that was the room we booked which was not true. Bed are very uncomfortable and our room was invested with ants all over our clothes and personal belongings. We also paid for all inclusive which is an absolute scam in this hotel!! Bar would only allow you to have certain drinks with your inclusive band and would charge you more if you asked for certain things. The food in the restaurant was very unsatisfactory, was very repetitive with very little options. I would definitely recommend that you do not stay in this hotel ever!

Good location, lots of choice at breakfast. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Nice pool and poolside seats. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again. There is also a nice bar and outside seating.

Stayed in September as a couple, our room was nice and as others have mentioned the mattress was very hard! Not that I minded i slept quite well. The shower was really good and powerful. The pool is nice and clean, once the sun has worked its way round the buildings it’s lovely. The location was also very good 👍🏻 and you can catch the train to Barcelona easily. We went through the underpass to the beach a few times. The beach is nice but if you are a weak swimmer or have children be very much on your guard when in the sea. The only negative for us was the food. It really wasn’t the best. We paid all inclusive but ended up eating out. That said this was a budget holiday and I didn’t expect or pay for anything more than I got really. We were overlooking the pool and the entertainment from the hotel next door is loud but it didn’t really bother us, the patio doors shuts out most of the noise. My advice would be don’t stop all inclusive... the only reason I have marked this hotel down is the food, the staff and facilities were all great. I

We were travelling as a group 6 people in total, arrived on the Monday evening around 6.30pm. Reception staff were very pleasant, we had to pay the usual Spanish tax per person per night. We also had to pay 10 euros each for the all inclusive, which was included in our holiday price, we paid this and received this back on our departure not a problem, also paid for a safe in one room between us all (3 rooms in total), this was 4 euros a night or 20 euros for week plus 10 euros deposit, which again was returned when we checked out. All in all the hotel is lovely, well located and clean. see them cleaning all the time. our room was very clean and tidy, shower was lovely and powerful. Rooms cleaned daily and towels replaced if left on floor. Restaurant was down a flight of steps from the main reception, no lift, but they do have a stair lift for people with problems, obviously when this is in use you cannot go up or down. The food was good, always found something to eat. cooking stations on all sittings, breakfast they did fried eggs on request. Lunch and dinner was also very good and something fresh being cooked. Jordi the waiter was great, every time he see the 6 of us, found us a table and remembered out drinks very time. People are saying about it being in a basement, yes it is but there are frosted windows all around, so natural light coming in. All in all food good and always something to eat. Lenka on reception was so helpful, we were looking at the train timetable to Barcelona, I remember going around 8 years ago and you could get the train for 10 euros return, this is still the same, but she advised us to go to the information office across the road from the train station (short walk from hotel) and ask for the bus tours to be included in train ticket, this worked out at 30 euros each saving of 10 euros and we got the bus tours included 3 routes altogether, which was the best way to see Barcelona. Was a great day out, train is busy but not crowded and like sardines in England. Javier in the bar was also great, got our drinks remembered straight away, really friendly. Someone mentioned the horn in the Bar, this is when they get tip, which I think is nice so people are aware that they appreciated. We tipped the staff at the end of the week as we were all inclusive. We stayed in the 1st week in October and it was still really warm, no problem with getting a sunbed the day we decided to chill. Pool was cold, but would expect that, that time of year. All in all had a fab 5 days, the hotel was great the staff were great and the food and drink was good. Would recommend a stay here. They also have a local market on Tuesdays, which is very big and takes up the main street heading towards the train station. Can get some bargains. The only downside for us, was trying to get a cup for our rooms as we take our own kettles as we are early risers, we did end up going to the shop and buying our own, which wasn't so bad as it ended up being a souvenir from our holiday. couple of other things, across from pool area overlooks another hotel, this does have live entertainment until midnight and can sometimes keep you awake if you are a light sleeper. The front of this hotel has another eating area at the bottom but this isn't part of the hotel, this also has entertainment but stops at 11pm

The hotel is walking distance from the beach but you have to cross a street and to take a passage under the railway...it didn't bother us ...it's just 3 min walk and a few stairs ...The beds and umbrellas are for rent 7 euros bed and 6 eur the umbrella for the day ...But if you don't want you can have the beach front free of charge on the sand ...:-)) Good food, plenty of choices at Riviera. Everyday cleaning ...A strange thing: the bathroom door is missing ...:-(( When you enter the room you see directly the bath tube and the wash basin ...Only the toilet is in separate room ...Quite strange if you ask me...there is no intimacy when taking a shower ...But you get along with that, eventually...
