we have just come back from 2 weeks of staying here, hand on heart I felt safer here than at home. They are so covid safety conscious, any worries I had were soon dismissed from the moment we stepped into the reception area. Every member of staff are wearing masks no matter what job they do from the cleaners and maintenance to bar and waiting staff. The lift has a hand sanitizer fitted in it and a maximum of 4 people at the moment, although if you're all the same family more than 4 thats ok. The whole complex is very clean. We have been here before so we knew that the food was exceptional. The staff cannot do enough for you, absolutely lovely people. We were lucky that we stayed in one of the newly refurbished apartments, what a difference gone is all the honey coloured wood and instead is nice crisp white doors and frames and kitchen units. New floor tiles throughout and a lovely walk in shower. Both the bedroom and the lounge have patio doors also ceiling fans. The old metal railings on the balcony have been replaced with glass giving you a better view. One of the good things about these apts is they all have a sea view. It was good to see that both of the large pools on site have now got steps into pool as well as ladders, great if you're a tad older like me and also for the younger kids. The new refurbished restaurant and terrace is absolutely amazing with just about new everything, and the extra shade outside on the terrace is most welcome especially when the temp is 40 degrees. I also noticed that there are apartments above the restaurant that have their own cabanas and larger terraces. We are hoping to go back in the new year I highly recommend this place. I know they still have some more renovations planned and can't wait to see them. I noticed that the dial on my toaster was missing i told them at reception and before I knew it there was a new one in my room. Talking to Jose the manager he said he can't wait for the English to come back. Dont worry this is one family that definitely will be back. Have included some pics, please excuse the mess.

The best thing about this hotel is the views, and the big balconies. The room was cleaned by a lovely Paola every other day. The food was great, lots of choice and varied each day. Restaurant staff were nice enough … nicer if your a paying guest and not all inclusive. However, no entertainment day or night, and the bar shuts at 10pm. Other than a near by ‘shopping centre’ with a few bars there is nothing at all within close proximity so the hotel is quite isolating. Everything needs a taxi, and because IDT hay taxi queues in the resort centre are huge. There’s no options of a walk to see what’s about due to the resort being built into the side of the hill. The no entertainment was not a rule due to COVID restrictions as the nearby euros There is no play area, no football area and no kids club open at the hotel. The pool area is not well maintained and borders on disgusting some day with clumps of hair in and around the pool, split drinks dried up for days on the floor etc. We stayed 11 nights and on our final day the lifeguards wouldn’t allow floats or balls in the pool, leaving very little for the children to actually do. This is not a fun hotel, or a family hotel. It is a basic holiday hotel if your happy to come and sit in the sun and be in bed by 10. We would not return and wouldn’t not recommend for families.

great location, the balcony's are big, always get the sun, altho not very private. Rooms are good, the hotel is very nice, only setback is that dam lift ! you spend so much time waiting for it, don't try the stairs if your unhealthy !. The maids were wonderful, very pleasant, reception staff very approachable & helpful, but the restaurant staff ! totally opposite, very abrupt and ignorant. All inclusive alcohol is weak stale beer, the staff seem to not want to be helpful or even friendly. Food was ok although not that much choice, it was either chicken or fish most days, repetitive, and the chef who cooks the fresh stuff always tries to ignore people asking for anything and moans when approached for anything. Not very friendly at all. Restaurant area is lovely, clean, views are great. 2 pools which are both good. If the lift doesn't work your screwed, stairs too many, so not for the elderly or disabled really as the lift is temperamental & slow.(more like a cablecar type). All in all a nice hotel apart from the not so friendly restaurant staff & dodgy lift, but cant fault the cleanliness and rooms . Went as a family and would go back although for friendliness you cant beat the Eden Appartments up the road. If you like a sea view and all day balcony sun this hotel is for you.

Well from the start it went downhill. Receptionist on that day very rude. No one to help with bags and gave a map. Lovely room great balcony. A lot of sunbeds. We'll to start with anyway. Food was not good at all. All inclusive ends at 10pm . So off to bed you go. Then at 8am you have another hotel being built . So let's of noise. So many steps lift work when it wants. Hair everywhere the pool area was dreadfull. Taxis not running very much. So basically your stuck in the hotel. With nothing to do at all. The restaurant staff were OK apart from a old waiter who I caught making fun of a bigger lady who could not walk properly. I was disgusted. The only thing was great view. To be fair we were sold the holiday out of lies . No entertainment. But funny enough other hotels did have. Never would I go back. Don't waste your money guys.
