The hotel is perfectly placed in the quieter Imerovigli. We were chuffed to have chosen Pegasus over some of the other high end of options like Andronis Concept and Filotera because they’re located much further out. With Pegasus you’re well located close to Firostefani which has well priced restaurants with excellent views. You also have uninterrupted views without a road or path between you- I can’t stress enough how many other hotels have this issue. Pegasus felt private and secluded but close enough to nearby shops in Imerovigli. From the moment we arrived to when we left we were made to feel very welcome. The staff all around the hotel (particularly those on reception and John and co at breakfast) were very friendly and helpful- particularly in sorting taxis out when required. The breakfasts were delicious - so much to choose from. We stayed in a honeymoon suite with jacuzzi and throughly enjoyed the fantastic private terrace and our spacious room. The views are absolutely blockbuster. It’s a far, far better place to be than the bustling Oia and Thira (where you wander around like packed sardines in the sweltering heat)! The outdoor shared pool is good to have alongside your own jacuzzi suite. All in all - fantastic!

I recently finished my stay at Pegasus Suites & Spa. Overall, it was a great choice for Santorini. First, the views were amazing. You're cliffside about 1000 ft from the ocean floor with panoramic sea views and a front row seat to watch the sunset every night. I know there were several categories of rooms and we chose sea-view which was a mid-range selection. We were placed in room 123, which was by the pool, and contrary to the hotel name was not a suite. Because the hotel is built into the side of a cliff many rooms are in a cave with the front facing the water. It was a fine room, with a small terrace, but lacked the privacy of many of the other rooms with private terraces or suites. The location to the pool and small pool bar were convenient, and the luxury loungers by the pool were never fully occupied. We never saw anyone use the pool during our stay. The only complaint in the room was the bed was circular and the covers had lip on them as they were custom to the bed, so you couldn't pull them over your head. I'm a tall person so it was a bit awkward sleeping. Contrary to the TA photo, there is no infinity pool in the main section of the property for guests, but I saw several in private pool suites (at a higher price-point). The complimentary breakfast had a number of selections and outdoor and indoor seating options (with again amazing views). The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, arranging for restaurant reservations, a car, and transfers. The other service staff at the restaurant and bar, while friendly, were much more reserved (a contrast to my amazing experience at a neighboring island). The staff interactions were fine, but not necessarily a selling feature of the property. The property is right on the trail between Oia and Fira, which is super convenient if you want to walk into Fira for dinner... lots of options 5-10 minutes away. I think my biggest takeaway was for the price point, you get an excellent value, with a very nice breakfast, and simply amazing views.

Pegasus Suites offers wonderful suites, good food, and fantastic customer service. From the moment we checked in, the staff was very accomodating and every one of them greeted us with a huge smile. We had a villa suite with an outdoor hot tub, which offered great views of the caldera. The room was spacious with two beds, two baths, and space to spread your wings. The breakfast offered many options, plenty of options for the most discerning palate. Everyone at the hotel seemed genuinely happy to have us there. It felt good to be at a hotel where you were not just another number. I recommend this place to newlyweds, long-married couples or anyone who wants to enjoy the views, without any hassle.

Pegasus is a great hotel! Amazing views, large spacious room and very attentive staff. The room was just as described on the website and we just loved it! The food at breakfast was great and the pool side bar was lovely. The location was perfect - being able to walk into Fira and to the highest cliff top to see the best view was brilliant. So many choices of bars and restaurants.
