We loved our stay in the Executive suite (room 205) which had the most incredible terrace with plunge pool, loungers and table & chairs. It was simply breathtaking. We could not stop staring at the view. The room was also beautiful with the most comfortable enormous bed. Breakfast was delivered on time every day and was delicious. Housekeeping was brilliant too. The front desk were on hand to help with everything we needed and the welcomes and greetings were always friendly I’ve seen some of the negative views and I honestly feel that it was people who didn’t realise exactly what room they were booking. The room descriptions and pictures ARE really clear on their website, not all have pools, not all have the breathtaking views so read the description and look at the pictures carefully to know what you’re getting. Our stay was 5/5 - here’s some things to bear in mind if you’re thinking of booking : -Book the more expensive rooms if you want the breathtaking views and your own pool (it says caldera and volcano view in the description, where relevant and that’s what you want) -There are lots of stairs (but that’s true of all rooms in this area) -The sunset is stunning from here but the final dip below the horizon is obscured by the cliff to the right of the hotel. If you walk 10 mins or so either way along the path you’ll see the full sunset (if that’s important to you) -Access to rooms is often through and via each other’s balconies, some rooms are impacted more than others. This is true of most hotels in this area. Balconies / terraces are typically overlooked. If you want the max privacy then discuss with the hotel. I know that the Honeymoon Suite below us was private, as an example, as there’s no room needing access through it. -There is no shared pool as such but again in this area unless you’re paying crazy prices that’s not unusual -Breakfast is only on your balcony (what a treat!). You do have to request your “delivery slot” and if someone else has booked it already you need to be flexible by say 15 mins. When you see the size of the trays that are being carried up and down the stairs and the care that goes into your breakfast you’ll understand why it’s one room per slot! If the precise time is important to you then reserve early in the day for the next day. We adored this hotel and it’s a shame that it’s received some bad reviews from people who I think just haven’t paid enough attention to the specific details of what they’ve booked. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Had a bank holiday break in Santorini @ Aqua luxury suites for 4nights in August2021. Amazing stay. Great staff and great room. Stayed in the Aquarelle suite which as great Caldera View and best suite in the hotel for privacy compared to any other room in the Hotel. Brilliant service by Nasia and Manos at front desk who took care of all requirements at all times.

My wife and I absolutely loved this hotel. We were upgraded to a room with an amazing view of the caldera. Manos and staff did everything they could to make our stay 5 stars. We couldn't have asked for better service. Breakfast was one of the best I've had and overall hospitality was just great! Will likely stay here again when we come back to visit Santorini! Very happy with Aqua Luxury Suites!

First I like to say that the staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great and the room was a one bedroom "JUNIOR SUITE" with a living room. The room unfortunately for $700 a night did not have a view. We basically paid $700 a night to look at cars/atv's and a old deteriorating abandoned house. Hotel had no view of the sunset, it was blocked by a church since we were facing the caldera in a south west direction. Hotel had no pool, well it does but it's a three person public pool by the bar, which they closed at 6pm. If you want to get divorced or get rid of your significant other take them there. I've stayed at Rocabella, Santorini Princess, Astra Suites and they had nicer, bigger pools and views for under $500 a night. Not worth the $3500 for 5 nights. Don't do it. Trust me.

Rude, contentious service from a five-star, ‘luxury’ hotel! We booked several nights at this luxury hotel in Santorini and we were disappointed at every turn. To begin, we had scheduled a private pickup at the port and it was two hours late and I had to call the hotel four separate times before we were picked up in the scorching heat. At check in we were told we had a partial seaview view, which turned out to be No View at all, just a small terrace with a view of the walkway—unacceptable in an area that is synonymous with ethereal sea views! We were overcharged by $220 at checkout for our son (traveling with us), even though I told reservations twice that there were three of us. There was no room make up or turn down service during our stay and even checkout was a fiasco. The room book ‘Rules and Services’ stated check out was 12 noon, but the desk told us we had to vacate by 11am and the maids were waiting at our door at 10 am. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a ‘luxury’ hotel and I am an intrepid and seasoned traveler.
