We stayed for one night and chose this because it included car parking. Location is right on the parade of shops so well placed for shopping and a walk along the coast. Our room was quiet even though it faced the main street and beds were comfortable. The accommodation was spacious with a large, spacious bathroom. We had dinner in...

We stopped overnight here on a two day shopping trip to France. As its name suggests it is right in the centre of a bustling small resort town and close to all local facilities, as well as being near to Calais and Boulogne. It has its own free car park at the rear and an excellent busy (on a thursday...

Returned recently to dine here with my husband. I used to come here regularly in my 20s. Good to see nothing has changed (apparently has been in the same family for 5 generations). Still has an old-world charm with its quiet atmosphere, excellent service and crisp white linen - yet it's not overly "posh" so you feel at ease. The...

4th time here with an overnight stay, we love this place, a real bistro feel and well executed favourites. Foie gras, fresh sole and classic deserts, buzzy atmosphere and very good service from our attentive waiter. Wimereux is a charming seaside town well worth a stop over and a meal here.

Stayed for 3 nights at this family run hotel. The rooms are clean and secure. Well furnished and comfortable. Lovely to be close to the sea too. The food is really fabulous with some hard choices to be made especially when it comes to the dessert- their creme brulee is a thing of beauty. But to kick things off the...

Went here for lunch today with family. We chose the plat du jour menu which was very reasonably priced at 18 euros. The starter which was called a tapas was absolutely superb with beautifully presented delicious fish soup, lightly curried small mussels and several other delicate portions of fish. The second course we had beef in a tomatoey sauce with...

We have been coming to this hotel for many years The owners are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Over the years the rooms have been modernised and a lift installed. There is ample parking and the food in the restaurant is superb. Everywhere is clean and tidy and the staff very friendly and helpful with my schoolboy...

We use this hotel as a stop over on our way home from Normandy to Scotland, with the Tunnel only 20 minutes away. The room we always ask for is at the back of the hotel, is basic but quiet, and meets our needs - including space for our labrador. The good restaurant is a plus, especially on a Sunday...

Stayed two nights on a visit to Wimereux, a place I holidayed as a schoolboy 53 years ago. Check in was quick, there is a lift. Room was at front of hotel overlooked main street, and was spacious, with a large bathroom. Room had no air conditioning, so as weather was hot we had to have windows open. Unfortunately there is...

For many years, we’ve stayed at this hotel for one night en route from the south or during a booze cruise. It has been interesting to note the incremental improvements made by owners in that time and, now, a lift! The restaurant was also a major plus. Unfortunately, whilst improving the hotel they seem to have neglected the quality of...
