Location: The hotel is located next to the riverside at about 10 minutes drive from the center of Corte. We arrived from Porto and the road from Porto to Corte is beautiful but quit challenging so we were very happy to arrive. Parking: Free parking Check in: Friendly and correct check in Rooms: We stayed at the Alba suite and the room was amazing and huge. It is exceptional to find such a high standard of finish in a hotel with lots of attention to details and interior design. The terrace is completely enclosed and we found this a downside. The shower was one of the best showers we ever had in a hotel as well as the shower gel. Pool and garden: The garden is a great place to relax after a walk or a visit and there are lots of nice seating areas. The swimming pool was freezing so not many people were using it. The drinks at the bar are prepared with great care and are of very good quality (best Bloody Mary ever). The service is good and you receive value for money. We had a fabulous 2 night stay at this hotel. Great breakfasts, rooms, and pool. No evening dining but this allowed us to discover great restaurants in the area. Lovely food platters are available during the day and early evening. The setting and staff's attention to detail make this one of the most lovely and relaxing hotels we have ever stayed in. Fabulous walks nearby.

Magical and beautiful spot! Super friendly and wild. Tranquille! A great place to discover and enjoy nature. The hotel was super comfortable. And the Auberge next door was super yummy and cozy. Our bikes were accepted too!

The hotel staff makes you feel home from the very beginning. The hotel is very nicely located in the middle of very scenic nature and just next to a beautiful river. The hotel rooms are very nicely decorated with a wooden natural touch. The only thing I would personally wish for at this price level would be a water kettle in the room (mini bar and hotel safe are available). Don’t miss out on the fantastic healthy breakfast that is definitely well suited for vegetarians – vegans will also not starve here for sure… It is well worth the extra 20 Euros. There are several nice hikes to do within 45min travel by car and hotel staff is more than happy to assist. The fact that the hotel does not run its own restaurant for in house dining is more than compensated by the great and honest recommendations they give.…

Let the magical sound of the mountain stream lull you to sleep. And greet you in the morning. This modern hotel was a pleasure. The patio overlooking the river was well designed with many sitting areas so many groups can share while feeling private. Likewise, there is no need for music in the massage tent as the water over stones is more relaxing than most tapes. Try to get a river view, though my room on the parking lot side still offered the tune of the river.
