The bathroom was a dirt nightmare. Mould in the shower, so we hardly dared to put a foot in there. The carpet was a landscape of former client "accidents", and the breakfast non-existent as nobody showed up. Though the location is good, the noise of early delivery trucks in the street wakes up the hotel clients at five in the morning. Everything from furniture to walls and staircase is old and used in that hotel. So maybe someone is willing to buy that hotel and transform it into a modern and functional place? It would be a truly solid and profitable investment as it is in one of the busiest tourist streets with bakers, restaurants, and lots of attractive little cafés right in the town center, just a few meters (!) away from the beach.

We spent 1 night in the hotel with my friend. The location is very good - close to the beach and entertainments. But the work of personal is terrible. For example, they did't start the breakfast on time, but 15 min later. For us it WAS critical, since we had to leave for train right after the breakfast. Insted of appologies or explanations they started to pretend that they suddenly forgot english, and when I started to speak French I've heard "Nobody dies, right? So no reasons to worry". Also it was noisy there since it was close to the beach.

Food is okay and good value for money. What we really like is sitting outside in the sunshine and watching the world go by as it is on a busy pedestrian street. Can get very busy at lunchtime (a good sign)

Cost €50 with tax de séjour Nice room/ décor. Tv/ wifi. Bathroom not very clean, with a few ants running about & new sealant is required. It is ok for 1 night. Breakfast is an extra €7 each so we didn't have it. Quiet location on main street. Parking at rear of hotel. Café au lait in bar cost €3. Feel they are only trading due to location which is 50m from sea front.

We spent a single night with a family in a 2-bedroom family room for 80 Euros, and had adequate and clean space. The air condition system worked. The room, said to be ready for 12:00 noon (early) was not, which is why we were a bit miffed to be kicked out during breakfast at 11:00am sharp the next day for checkout - the patron could have been a bit more friendly. Adequate for a brief stay but not a whole vacation.

Room Tip: Family room (#2) goes to the back, but pedestrian zone front should be not too noisy either.
