What a beatifull place on the island off Zanzibar. It is not 5 star but the Banda was right on the beach with everything we needed. The food was amazing with the menu changing every day. Order your food in the morning to avoid waiting too long. The staff was amazing and nothing was to much for them even warm...

Second visit to Mbuyuni for five nights and it was every bit as relaxing as the first. The staff remembered me, which made for a warm welcome. I chilled out, chatting with a friend, walked up and down the beach, had several very nice meals and left relaxed and recharged. Mbuyuni is great value for money but visitors should have...

We have just come back from a beautiful stay at Mbuyuni and it was honestly perfection. We stayed in one of the bandas and loved the slightly rustic feel - the room was clean, fresh and had a fan for when it got too hot. We had a slight plumbing problem on the first day and they fixed it straight...

What a wonderful place! We booked this holiday as a purely chill holiday and went with the notion of a little sun and sea. What we received was solitude, peace and quiet and a place to leave the world behind. Wow, the staff here were fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. special thanks to Tattoo, who kept our little...

This is an amazing hotel as far as staff and food. it has a really relaxed atmosphere, is well situated and all the other guests were so relaxed and friendly. However we booked the three roomed appartment for our family and at the rate of 260 $ per night we expected it to be somewhere really special to spend our...

My friend and I stayed at Mbuyuni Beach Village for just over a week and can't recommend it enough. For what we had paid, we expected the hotel to be very very simple - we were so thrilled when we saw the lovely facilities upon arrival. Our room was huge, and very nice. The pool was great (good to have...

Me and a friend stayed at Mbuyuni for five days and had an awesome stay. The food was superb, the staff was attentive and the overall value was very high. We had a room close to the pool and the room was good but the bathroom could be freshened up a bit. Other than that everything was awesome and we...

Beautiful location, it's quiet, just far enough out town, but an easy walk to jambiani local village and short taxi (or longer, hot walk) to Paje, which has a little more life. We went just off season and it was wonderful. Not many guests, but enough for it not to be deserted. The rooms are lovely, although our next to...
