Was informed that refurbishment/extension was happening next to our room which was ok not a big inconvenience. Room was ok if basic but biggest gripe was although advertised FREE WIFI when I couldn't access it I was told "Yes sorry but internet signal is rubbish upstairs (ALL ROOMS ARE UPSTAIRS?) WHICH IS POOR RESPONSE/SEVICE. Breakfast was good.

Lovely little hotel where I was made to feel most welcome on a business trip. The single room I stayed in was tucked above the main entrance and although small had everything you need - immaculately clean toilet and shower room, a TV to catch up on the days news and even a clock radio. The bar next door (part...

We had booked a superior room and we were allocated a spacious and well furnished room on the first floor at the front of the hotel. It was well worth the extra few pounds as we had a bay window too. We were entirely satisfied with the room as we were with the friendly reception and attention from the staff....

My brother and I stayed here on a tour of Scotland on our motorcycles. We had ridden about 250 miles in the rain that day. We arrived to a very friendly hotel, an immaculate cosy room with lots of space, friendly locals at the bar to chat with and some fabulous food. The steak and Ale pie was to die...

First impressions count, being told that you had paid to much for the room by the owner(Annette) and she would contact my booking.com and change the room price for us. The rooms are excellent, the food is good and the service superb. The location speaks for itself, the place is right in the centre of the highland five hundred.

I had just came off the mountain and arrived looking for a room at short notice, I was very lucky as there was only one left. All the staff were really friendly and accommodating. Room was perfect and after a long hot shower arrived for dinner (mighty large portion) Steak and ale pie with home made chips and veg. Superb!...

A lovely hotel with brilliant staff. Rooms are excellent. Stayed on a cycling holiday and they locked bikes away allowed us to preorder breakfast so we could leave early. Evening meal was really nice. They are doing some refurbishment but no disruption at all it will be even better when done. Thank you.
