We stayed here at end of September for 1 night prior to catching ferry. Both of the proprietors couldn't have been more helpful and charming. We needed help with bags due to disability and they were straight there to help. They rang to get us a restaurant booking for the evening. Our double room was totally clean and comfortable and...

I had to stay here as my ferry from Cairnryan had been cancelled. The owner was very very helpful, giving me a suite and charging me a single rate. The room was fabulous, bedroom, open plan lounge, excellent furniture and lots of coffee, tea and drinking chocolate. He made me a take away breakfast as I was leaving at 6am...

Just fell in love with all the accommodation had to offer. Breakfasts amazing and something to look forward to. Owners thoughtful and considerate about guests needs. Couldn't fault it. Location excellant too. Owners couldn't have been more helpful and nothing seemed to much bother. Intention was to stay two nights and move on to Portpatrick or Stranraer, ended up staying...

Oh how lovely, the owners were just so helpful, kind, with a smile. This was a budget price with big 5 star attitude. Between us we have stayed here a couple of times and if can be helped will not stay anywhere else. They have shown this can be done, and would happily send them out to show others how...

If Carlsberg did B&B this would be it. Not just a bedroom but a suite sitting room bathroom bedroom, coffee making facilities in both the bedroom and sitting room . We don't do evening meals just snacks at 30 minutes notice and jolly good they are too. Beautiful decor ,spotlessly clean and oh so welcoming . Breakfast is great tasting...

My wife and I used this guest house as an overnight stop before boarding the ferry to Northern Ireland. Usually we stay in 4 star hotels but had seen the excellent reviews of this B and B so we decided to give it a try. There is plenty of free parking outside the B and B and we were greeted...

An absolutely beautiful B and B which is a credit to the owners. It's set back from a main road but don't let this put you off booking as you don't hear a thing. I'm giving 5 stars for the breakfast. The owners are helpful when asked questions about the area and a joy to talk too. All questions were...

I travel over 40,000 miles a year and stay in a lot of hotels and B&Bs, this is one of the best small hotels I have every stayed in. The welcome I received was fantastic especially as I was arriving late as I drove from London. The room was stunning, very clean and the bed was outstanding. I have advised...

Stayed in Rhins of Galloway the first night of our holiday touring Scotland and what a great start it was. Our hosts made us feel very welcome the minute we walked through the door. Our room was scrupulously clean well equipped and very very comfortable. The flask of milk given on arrival was a very nice touch and made a...
