This was our fourth stay and we felt like we were welcomed as friends. The atmosphere here is one of calm relaxation. Our room was clean comfortable and warm, and a piping hot bath was very welcome, especially as we just had ridden 160 miles on a motorcycle! We had booked a party of 12 for dinner. However, an extra...

My corporate Hotel booking system left me with this choice. Positives Carpark well lit and with good CCTV coverage Friendly staff WiFi free and relatively good Negatives Help me! I appear to have been transported back to the 1970's, or is that just the décor? Rooms are small, RSPCA would have been after me if I had attempted to swing...

We stayed over on Saturday night in October. The loaction is very convinent for the Motorway, but still feels very much like being in a Country House. We were very impressed by the friendly welcome. The bed was very comfortable and we had a very good nights sleep followed by an excellent breakfast

Stayed here October 2016. One night stay as going to the N.E.C. Arrived early evening ,on entering the hotel it is like stepping back in time plus a bit like an old people's home. The person on reception was very friendly and helpful. Looking down the corridor where our room was it was very dark and dreary,on entering the room...

Stayed one night as attending function elsewhere . Friendly welcome. Room very spacious and clean but decor very dated. Huge trees outside our room so had all lights on but still very dark.was noisy in morning from other guests slamming doors.Breakfast was lovely fresh and hot. Great place for a quick break

Stayed recently as we were attending an event at the NEC. Nice location, close to the motorway. Hotel room was ok if a little dated although the bed was far too soft. Liked the fact you could open the window and the room was not too hot. The reception staff were friendly, happy to order taxis. Did not eat in...

Stopped here last night as it was close to the Airport. Nice quiet place, room was very comfortable with a comfy bed but the heating was not on all the time we were there and so the morning shower was a bit cool on exit! Did not eat or use the bar but the areas of the bar looked very...

Our room was right by reception so loud all-night and in morning. Really hot even with windows open. Breakfast not the best had better. Little disappointed with the price with what we got I wouldn't stop here again.

I was booked in for a two day conference and first impressions were good. Nice gardens and exterior. The restaurant was good as was the food. The conference facilities were barely adequate. We had to chase for water on the tables and for a projector. The worst part by far are the rooms. They are dark and very dated and...

We visited here in January this year and found the hotel to be a little gem. It was welcoming and cosy with a nice friendly bar. In the morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. We would definitely come here again.
