Wonderful, stylish house with the best hospitality you will ever receive. The rooms are beautiful and luxurious and the whole house is full of an amazing eclectic collection of antique and vintage pieces surrounded by contemporary comfort. Jilly is a fabulous host. We felt so welcome and relaxed that we felt as if we were staying with an old friend....

From the warm greeting, sumptuous room with AMAZING decor and complimentary gin 'n' tonics this was a first class stay. One of the best boutique B&Bs we've stayed in. Straight out of Elle Decoration styling it's enhanced by Jilly and her son Gus who are lovely. Can't recommend highly enough.

I will sum this up short and sweet, it was the most warm friendly and enjoyable stay I think I have ever had. I have fallen in love with this place. The breakfast was a work of art, the room beautiful and the host lovely. Just go and see for yourself.

We headed down to stay at Belvidere Place for my boyfriend's birthday - overall, it was a pleasant experience and I agree with many of the positive reviews that the breakfasts are outstanding, the design lovely and Jilly can be very kind. However, we definitely had a more mixed experience than the many outstanding reviews would lead you to believe....

Very sorry to read this Lauren. Our experience was very different to yours. We are a Bed and Breakfast establishment not a Hotel and in the centre of a very busy little town. We move mountains to ensure happy customers. And we are truly sorry to hear you had such a terrible time. Sorry not to hear of the Afternoon...

Just home from a three night stay at Belvidere Place, Friday - Monday, across Blues Bash weekend. We stayed in room 1, on the first floor at the front of the property overlooking the street. Large, roomy, great bed, swish bathroom, tea making facilities and chocolate, what's not to like... Owner Jilly brought tea and cake to our room shortly...

Thank you for taking the time to post a review on this travel site. I don't subscribe to this site, past experience has taught me, it is open to fraudulent reviews and I have experienced false reviews from unknowns who have not stayed here. But I welcome your lovely thoughtful review and look forward to your return trip. Thank you...

My husband and I stayed this weekend in room 2. What a wonderful stay it was too. Our room was quirky , spotlessly clean , crisp linen and lovely Ren products to use in the shower. Not forgetting the champagne chocolates that were in our room . The breakfast was delicious in every way . The coffee was strong ,...

We just visited Belvidere Place for the second time and it was even better than the first. The building and rooms are so beautiful, each decorated in such detail. The breakfasts are quite possibly the best ever however it what makes it so special is the owner Jilly. Incredibly friendly, generous, warm and brilliant sense of humour. It's worth making...

Belvidere Place is a genuine five star gem in the middle of Broadstairs, one of the nicest seaside towns in England. Host Jilly presides over a relaxed, stylish Georgian house that's more luxury small hotel than mere B&B. If you enjoy chic vintage, Farrow & Ball and idiosyncratic furniture then this place was made for you. Guests drift in and...

We came back for a second visit and stay at Belvidere Place and were lucky to get the same room we stayed in the first time. Beautifully decorated, spacious, en-suite, interesting 30s style furniture. A great place to relax. In the morning, a wonderful breakfast, the highlight being a fresh berry-yoghurt-touch of maple syrup-granola compote which was delicious. That was...
