There were two things I would indicate to be improved: I bought a package including an entrance to the Bath and a Massage in Charmey. During the process of buying the package online you don't have the option to choose a schedule so I took it for granted that I might be able to choose later. You go ahead and...

The service was super kind and helpful, we got passes for the thermal baths which allowed us to skip the huge queue, and that was nice. The breakfast is good, you can have some really tasty crème double and meringues. I will definitely come back

We stayed in this hotel for one night. Let's start with the positives the room is OK clean and has the old school feel, bathroom is spacious and clean. So definitely can spend a night there. But, keep in mind that this is not really a hotel but rather a building where people live. Hotel is on the last floor...

Very friendly very helpful staff are a great start for this good hotel. It's well positioned in town, rooms large and clean. Restaurant has good local fare. Beds comfortable. It is well worth staying here.

First of all there is very little parking space in front of the hotel. After that it just got worse. The rooms are small, the beds very small. The bathroom shower cubical was too small for an adult to use. No aircon, and our room was in the roof, so very hot. The standard of fabric maintenance and cleanliness was...

The hotel staff was always missing - making checking in and out a long ordeal. Room not as advertised - we were put in someone's apartment rather than the double room we booked & the staff couldn't even muster up a bar of soap for our bathroom. Nice breakfast. Spa pass is only for 3 hours.

Upon check in we were greeted by a really friendly lady at reception who took her time to explain everything with a small. We felt immediately welcome. The room is cozy, a lot of wood. The room was very clean, of a big enough size including a spacious bathroom. We did not spend much time inside but the time we...

Great hosting, special thanks to the manager and staff who made our stay very pleasant. This is charming hotel with 2 restaurants: a pizzeria and a brasserie. My husband and I had dinner at their brasserie twice and the food was fantastic. Good location, right in the heart of the town of Charmey, at walking distance from the newly build...
