          A few minutes from Porta Romana and Florence, in the midst of an olive grove, Casa Bartolini overlooks the Cistercian monastery, La Certosa. Built on the footprint of a Tuscan farm building, the house is an rare example of 70s Italian architecture. The host, Dario Bartolini, is architect, artist and cook. You will enjoy his home baked breads and cake at breakfast in a loggia with a beautiful view.
