The room are regular, nice big bed, in a period of may there was no A/C, hot or cold... we didn't understand why until now, they write that there is one , but it is not working! Beside that, the staff are very pleasantand helpful. The food in the resturant is very good. The breakfast is okay, not something special....

Everyone was professional and nice. Our room was clean and cleaned regularly, very comfortable. The location is excellent, also the views and as a starting point for exploring Tuscany. Half a day after we left, I was already missing this place. :) The restaurant with local olive oil and wine is really good. Breakfasts were not as great as I...

Staff was very friendly and the view from the terrace and the setting of the hotel are beautiful. The restaurant "L'Orto di Casole" serves tasty meals at a reasonable price. I would recommend to book a bigger room with a view over the tuscany hills and to stay at the hotel in a warmer period of the year, so that...

We stayed at Terre di Casole for 5 nights while discovering Tuscany by car. It is more modern than other places that we stayed and it had a restaurant in the same building. We were met with a complementary glass of Italian bubbly and pleasant staff. A very good breakfast and WIFI were included in the room rate. There is...

Stayed here three nights in a large room on the ground floor with a small terrace near the pool. The room had been redecorated recently and was confortable, the bathroom was of a good size with shower over bath. Whilst we were there we had no problems with the hot water, though I know other guests were having some cold...

We had a nice room overlooking the pool with a small terrace. The room Was very minimal, but the bathroom did not match the renewed room or the rest of the hotel. It was old with very poor amenities. The hall and the restaurant very pretty and welcoming, we only had breakfast, and we were not too impressed. Only one...

Dear Gipsychic, thanks for the review. I am very sorry that you have not rested at best because of the small party at the restaurant. I'm surprised about your comments regarding the amenities in the bathroom because there are available the clotheshorse, shower gel-shampoo (dispenser), body lotion, intimate soap, vanity set and shower cap... in any case we will take...

We stayed here for one night during a cycling tour of Tuscany. From the website we had hoped for a view from our room but no such luck unfortunately. At first glimpse on the Internet and upon arrival it looked inviting. Later it turned out that the restaurant was the only place that had a view. In the first evening, we obviously chose the restaurant. So far so good. Our first choice of wine was sold out. The suggested alternative turned out to be quite good, but from then...
