We enjoyed our wine tasting, tour and lunch. Giacomo was very informative and his estate is lovely. Brunello wines are wonderful and his winery is a great stop if you are visiting Tuscany. We ordered wine to ship home and the whole experience was fun.

Giacomo has a wonderful passion for his winery and a easy style in explaining it to those less informed. We were very taken by the beautiful location of his winery, and the quality of his wines. I fell in love (who would't?) with his Brunello's, but also appreciated his other productions. So much so that I purchased and shipped home a...

This place is wonderful. The presentation of the different wines was very interesting and the wine, itself, is great. The owners of the winery were very informative and the lunch that we had afterwards was delicious.

We arrived at this farm after a long day of hiking from another hill town and found it to be just what we wanted and needed. A lovely setting, many acres of vineyards, you can even see the Mediterranean way off in the distance. We had a great dinner, and the host, Stefano, was wonderful. A really lovely young man.

Giacomo Bindi is an unassuming, young Tuscan that has a passion. His organic vineyard produces the famous Brunello wine made with Sangiovese grapes. Visiting this vineyard and meeting Giacomo was a highlight for us. His passion was infectious and learned so much about the disciplines necessary to produce quality wine. We ate lunch there as well - a sumptuous feast...

Best part of our trip. Beautiful landscape and even better wine! Absolutely loved the intimate and family run winery; indescribably better than wineries such as Banfi. Giacomo is actually the one who prunes, picks, and puts all of the love and hard work into each bottle of wine produced.

Great vineyard and farmhouse! Incredibly informative staff- family run, organic farm. Must see if you're in the area. I loved the wine so much, I ordered a case to be shipped home. There are also 2 charming dogs on the property. Brunellos became my favorite Italian red after my visit!

Il Cocco was one of the highlights of our stay in Italy. It is just outside Montalcino and is the farmhouse for a functioning vineyard. As expected, the views were lovely and the vineyard itself was quite beautiful when we visited as the fava beans (which are used to fertilize the soil) were flowering. We stayed at one of the...

Simple and cozy room and bathroom with very friendly hosts in the middle of a large organic vineyard. Beautiful and scenic on a mountaintop with a commanding view of much of Southern Toscano. Five minutes by car outside of Montalcino, with lots of wonderful recommendations on where to go. The wine is fantastic, and the olive oil was my favorite...

Il cocco B&B was just what we were looking for. Located right outside of Montalcino we easily visited all the medieval towns south of Siena in a half hour and spent a day at the beach as we'll. The owner was always there to help us and even took us out to the hot springs one afternoon. We genuinely appreciated...
