We had a good time. Thanks to Carlo again, he was very helpful ! Breakfast was good. The shower was great. The employes were very nice. Air conditionning worked perfectly. Good emplacement. But we were woken up every night when people were going back to their room, thin walls. The spas were dirty, we couldnt use it.
We stayed at Palazzo Ferraioli for 2 nights and we wished we had more time in this Palazzo. Rooms are very clean, spacious and with a beautiful view of Atrani. What attracted us the most is that the hotel is situated in the middle of the streets with the locals. All staff are helpful especially the waitress which we didn’t manage to get her name who is fondly in love with our country Malta. Thank you guys- its been a pleasure- Glenn and Kurt
The hotel itself was charmingly located up a maze of alleys and emerging on top of Atrani town with unbelievably beautiful views of the Amalfi coast. The staff friendliness was unsurpassed, we felt extremely welcome and attended to. Great service, great location! Two remarks though: - the air condition some times some times for no reason - the valet service was not always readily available and needed planning from our side. For €30 per night, I expect full flexibility in the valet service. However, the staff did their best to remedy these problems so it was not a big deal.
Overall I was extremely pleased with my rooms 405 and 402, both has amazing views! Best part of my experience was the staff, everyone was so friendly all of the time, that it was like going to a second home. Sadly I was only able to catch the name of two members, Carlo and Maria, which were amazing as as well as everyone else!
We booked out Italy trip last minute so we didn’t have a lot of choice so we were “stuck” with an obstructed ocean view room. This place was AMAZING! Our room was the Isabella Rossellini room. The views were beyond amazing. The town of Atrani below, with the ocean to the side. The roof top patio is so beautiful and you’re right on the ocean. The breakfast spread was exceptional, with everything you could hope for. The people of Atrani are amazing. There’s a great gelato shop that we visited each day. Walking to Amalfi was a beautiful walk, which we did daily as well. We dream of going back DAILY!
