Food, Alcohol, Customer Service, and Amenities were all terrible, Mariana the owner needs to sell as she has no idea how to please her guests, there was not even any entertainment at night! I stayed for 1 week all inclusive and ate out and drank elsewhere every day-night Waste of money.

We booked with Jet2holidays for a week all inclusive. First thing to say is that this place is 3 star at best. It is a tired old gal who needs a bit of a spruce up. We were disappointed that there wasn't a gym. Despite being told by the hotel themselves that there was one. Any extras such as WiFi,... More

My wife and I booked this hotel at the last minute. We did not arrive until about ten p.m. and were greeted by a very friendly desk clerk who processed us and showed us where the lift was for our room. He also organised some sandwiches for us. The room was very basic but did include a 1980's television, a fridge... More

As continental star ratings are quite different from British ones I would say the hotel would comparably be a 3* however, for the price paid we were happy enough, outlined below are a few observations. ACCOMODATION: a little 'tired' in places but always kept immaculately clean. Rooms have fridge but don't provide water (not to worry can either buy cheaply... More

1. They argue that this is a five-star hotel, not only the three. 2. Wifi is not free. Although the official said that it. Week per user, Wifi costs 15 €. Sorry, but we have one star Lithuania farmsteads have unlimited and free internet Access. 3. Conditioning, elementary device as the wifi service. Conditioned room a cost 6€ in week... More

We stayed for a friends wedding in Kalithea in August. This hotel should not be a 4 star and was a real disappointment. The food was awful, very little choice and a clip art picture of what animal the food was is the only description given of what food is out. Very little choice and badly cooked, we prayed for... Myself and my partner visited this hotel on the 31st august to the 7th September. The hotel clearly says 4* however on arrival we could tell this was defiantly not the case. The hotels reception was dark with all surrounding curtains closed blocking any natural daylight with extremely dated furniture. The staff (only 5 people working there) were extremely rude,... More

It is a good place to stay. A good hotel clean, quiet, not very fancy. The food was sufficent and various. Not 4 stars at all but 3. The room was big enough although we had problems with ants. The Bar was ok the drinks were good and fresh. Although away from the beach it was ok. The beach was large with... More

Came here for a weeks all inclusive with my girlfriend and it didn't disappoint. Felt like the only English couple in the hotel as its full of Germans but everyone both staff and other guests were friendly and the hotel made us feel very welcome. All meals were very nice and we definitely made use of the all inclusive cocktail... More
