Not sure where to start on this review!! ** NOT, NOT, NOT all inclusive in any shape, way or form. At best its a Full Board option. ** The reception was like walking onto the set of the Best Exotic Marigold Hotel in India!!! ** No drinks after 10:30pm. ** The lager was very watered down, so much there wasn't... Our room was basic but clean, and quite acceptable. The food in the dining room was very repetitive, even for a week but we did find something edible. The pool area is nice but all inclusive drinks were limited to local beer or wine until 5.30 pm and then "cocktails " up until 10.30 which consisted of ouzo, gin, vodka... More

Good food , good people, the room was fine, the restaurant staff had good people, a beautiful girl there called Lydia which always smiles to make anyone happy, the bar near the pool had great music, good food and drinks, the water pool was good, the weather was good, warm perfect for the pool, the temperature of the water was... I have stayed in many hotels over the years, from 1 star to 5 star and this is truly the worst I have been unfortunate enough to stay in. The hotel staff, such as they are, will tell you anything just to make you go away. The vast majority of the "guests" are either Russian or Eastern European, who obviously... More

Stayed hear with my 11 yr old daughter we had to walk up a secluded lane to get to anywhere which is a bit scary in the dark. Food was never warm even if you got their when first opened I watched one waitress replenish the lamb with his bare hands! That a shows how hot cold the tins were... More

Great food. Better than the food my family stayed at which was a more expensive hotel. Staff friendly. Nice pool. If you ring & ask the hotel manager who is a lovely lady will arrange a little food to be in your room fridge when you will be arriving late. Inclusive drinks good. Rooms fine. Mattresses not great, only basic.

The only good thing about this hotel is the staff & the fact you don't need to be up at the crack of dawn to get a sunbed! Food is never hot, breakfast is probably the best part, lived on egg & toast the whole time & ate out most days!! Rooms are quite basic, our shower kept breaking plus... More

Rooms are horrible, penitenciary style space and beds. Every single one of the F&B staff are awfully sour and unhospitable. No English or other language spoken. Food under any standard. Beach shutlle fabrication 1983. Insects in the room, dead and alive. Bathrooms with broken showers and pipes. Not even at a refugee camp level this rathole!

In three words "Dont go there". Arrived at 2am to be told we had to transfer to a neighbouring hotel for two nights. This was bliss. We should of stayed there!!! Anyway about the Loutanis, dated, tired, nightmare hotel worse than Faulty Towers. The staff are. Lovely and work so hard but obviously the manager basically doesnt know what "standards"... More
