We had an amazing time at Atrium platinum and wished we had booked longer. We stayed all inclusive. The hotel is super clean and our room was spacious. There was a bottle of champagne with lots of delicious nibbles awaiting for us on arrival. The food was amazing and cocktails fantastic. They use branded alcohol and good amounts in the drinks. Around the pool you use an app to order food and drinks which is served within 10 mins. We never had a problem getting a sun bed and the aqua gym classes were good fun! All the staff couldn’t do enough for you and were super friendly. You could tell they loved there jobs. We had a few spa treatments which were fantastic and booked a few trips through the front desk. Everything was incredible and felt really safe considering covid. If I have to give any criticism it’s that there’s not a huge amount of entertainment in the evening - they have something on from 9.30-10.30 in the upstairs bar but then that’s it. We didn’t mind though as can always head into Rhodes town which is a 10min taxi ride away (around 8-11 euro). We would stay again!!

What an amazing hotel and what fabulous staff. My husband and I came to this hotel for our Honeymoon and we couldn't have asked for a better place to come to. Upon arrival we were greeted at the taxi door by a wonderful bell boy who offered us a glass of Champagne straight away. He then assisted us with our bags to our room after we checked in. Upon entering our room we were greeted with another bottle of Champagne and a beautiful card from the hotel sending us Congratulations for our Wedding and Honeymoon. The room was absolutely immaculate, I have never seen a cleaner hotel than the Atrium Platinum. The food was absolutely delicious, so much choice and all included in the all inclusive price. My particular favourite were the prawns on the lunch menu in the restaurant downstairs. This restaurant was where we met our favourite waiter Zaxarias. He was absolutely charming. Each day we saw him we were greeted with a massive hello and how are you and is everything okay. Nothing was too much trouble for Zaxarias. If you are reading this thank you for making our Honeymoon so special! Ronaldo, Michalis and Yanis were also fabulous! Michalis had us in fits of laughter each and every time we saw him. They are all an absolute asset to the Atruim Platinum and we cannot wait to plan our next visit to see them again.

What a great place to be!! One of the best 5 star resorts I have ever been! Rooms are big, modern and clean. The food is excellent. But the service is truly exceptional! All staff have to wear facemasks all the time, but you can see their smiles through their eyes! For service at your room or at the pool, you use the app. Just order and within a couple of minutes they bring your order at you. Even ordering food at the pool goes within 10-15 minutes, they are incredibly fast! The team does litterally EVERYTHING do make sure you enjoy your stay. Thank you Diana and team for taking care of me, I will definitely come back! Kind regards Theo

What an amazing hotel and staff. This is our last day here at this fabulous hotel. It has the lot. 2 Special dining restaurants, Italian/Greek for lunch, pool bar or sunbed ordering for lunch and drinks (all done on an app) Mediterranean restaurant for evenings and the buffet. We were 11 nights all inclusive so had 7 bookings for the restaurants. Each were lovely, but be warned the portions are huge! Drinks are top shelf, spirits, beers Prosecco etc which was amazing. We spent most evenings at the pool bar where the staff run around all day and night working so hard to do everything they can for you. Especially Kristina and Yani. They go above and beyond with their service and kindness. They work all day and evening in the pool bar. We loved the Italian/Greek/Mediterranean restaurant and was always welcomed by Savvas with a smile . He, Kristina and Yani are what makes this hotel so great. My only one gripe is we booked a private pool (344) which was lovely, but no sun until 4pm. Not many sea view rooms had sun at all. It wasn’t cheap at £1500 for the pool but we made the most of it. Oh and the best but is, unless you are staying by the pool, noone is allowed to put towels on beds until 10 o clock. If they did the pool lady would tell them off! Brilliant! She was like a ninja every morning. I loved watching her in action 😂😂. Book this hotel, it’s fab

Visited in late summer 2021 with university age kids. This resort is super clean, large and well appointed. You won't be disappointed if you stay there - but you might wonder if you could have got a cosier feel elsewhere for the same price. The hotel has around 300 rooms, though hardly noticeable as it is so large and the ceilings so high in the common areas. The reception is on the (highest) 8th floor and the (few slow) lifts take you down to the rooms/facilities. The rooms all overlook the interlinked pools and face the shimmering sea. They are well appointed albeit lack charm or any cosy feeling. Bathrooms are clean and modern. AC and black out curtains are good. Mini bar is big enough to store persona items like milk and drinks. Daily room cleaning was excellent. Small dislikes: - heavy room doors that do not slow close and so crash into the doorframe every time - no soft lighting in the rooms - strong lighting remains on in the corridors all night so some enters the bedroom through bleed The breakfast is on the 8th floor and excellent choices full buffet style, with hand gel etc on each spaced out table. The pools are on the 1st floor. They are not designed for children and it all has a relaxed adult vibe. Loungers easy to procure anytime in nice areas. No swim up bar but centrally located among the pools. Towels provided at the bar anytime. There is a tiny gym next to the Spa. There's a handy path on the side of the pool to the local shops, reachable in two minutes. Walk left for 2mins and there is a bus stop and a little further on a taxi rank (Rhodes Town 8 euros) and a fab beach bar/cafe called Valentine's Place which sells gyros for 3.5 euros and is a great place for a cocktail at sunset. On the right are the main nearest restaurants. Olympias is nice Greek food and Sartaj good for Indian or Chinese. Try the gelateria in between also. Taxis to the airport are 20-25 euros. Overall, a nice experience. But we have stayed at 5-star hotels with far more charm.
