We booked this hotel for a week at the beginning of september 2021. We had a very great experience at this hotel. Te stuff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and modern and the breakfast was satisfying. It is located in the center, near to all the attractions in Rhodos. This hotel seems more like an 5* hotel and I would strongly recommend booking it for a beautiful holiday. We will surely come back here next time when traveling to Rhodos!

Stayed there in the beginning of August (7-14) and we can say it was a great experience. Accommodation, meals, customer service- all was great, exceeding expectations. The breakfast was abundant, with plenty of choices for everyone. There is no way, one could leave the restaurant hungry. We would especially like to thank the cleaning staff who kept the rooms super clean and managed the Covid requirements seamlessly. Big thanks goes to the rest of the team as well who made the stay super pleasant, like visiting a friend! And lots of love to Mike - an absolute legend of a bartender and a host! Hope to see you soon!

Stayed here for a week in July 2021. Hotel’s location is great, it’s a few minutes’ walk to both beaches as well as old town and the marina. Room was okay at first glance, however after a few days some problems became obvious. First of all, there are very few knobs to hang towels etc. from, and in a beach location like this you’d really need a rack on the balcony for drying swimwear and beach towels. Secondly, water from the shower leaked all over the bathroom. Also, the balcony floor was really dirty, you had to wear flip flops to go there. The room’s problems were mainly minor inconveniences and we were generally satisfied with the stay until the check-out experience. Hotel’s check out time is 11 AM, but on the day before departure, before noon, we asked for a late check-out as our flight was departing late in the evening. The clerk checked availability on her computer and said we could check out at 1 PM. This was agreed upon and the clerk proceeded to type something on the computer, confirming the late check out. However, at 11.15 on the day of departure, another front desk clerk called us in the room and basically told us in no uncertain terms to leave the room immediately. After packing in a hurry and proceeding to the lobby to check out, the clerk just said she saw no mention of the late check-out as if I was making it up. Finally they chalked it up to an error made by the previous day's clerk; however, they didn't even bother to apologize for the mistake. Due to the very bad check-out experience I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone, as there are tons of more or less similar accommodation options around the Rhodes new town center. If you're in the hood, do visit the hotel bar for a G&T though, the bartender is delightful and has great stories from his trips around the world.

Although we are happy to read that overall, your experience was good, we are sorry to read that you faced with some problems in your room. My staying at the Acandia Hotel was excellent! An hotel that offers a perfect location to gi everywhere on foot. Walk around the town, visit the old town, take buses to explore the island, but most importantly very close to the beautiful Elli Beach. The hotel offers a varied breakfast buffet, excellent quality for all tastes, sweet and savory. The rooms are spacious, bright, decorated in a minimal chic. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are soft and enveloping. The bathroom is spacious and functional. The staff is friendly, helpful and always smiling, as if to thank you for being thaur guest (used to feeling to much in certain hotels, this courtesy is a real plus!!) a special GraZie to the managment, the staff and the talented Sabrina, with the reception staff. Sabrina will welcome you with het reassuring smile and always available for any need! Hotel recommended for a vacation in the wonderful city of Rhodes, as few steps from everything, including the incredible Aegean Sea with its deep blue will cuddle you and making you spend an unforgettable vacation! Last but not least…excellent value for money, which never hurts, indeed!!! Thank to all Sylvia Milan
