Location, staff, value, cleanliness.... all well above average. Wireless internet had good speed, I was able to look in on my business in Australia via CCTV with ease. Although it did not have the views as some of the other places (we had friends staying at Dana Villas and Blue Dolphin), you only had to walk one minute and you... More

normal size, clean rooms! Very hospitable owners. Just don't eat breakfast there (its ok, just not a great variety), lots of places around. Easy parking in a nearby open space. An overall great value hotel, located in a strategic point to Fira. Recommended!

Currently staying at villa Fotini & I have to say I can't fault the place. Room is cleaned daily & the maid even remade my bed after I'd already done it. Lovely bathroom, lovely comfortable bed & spectacular view from my room. I've got a partial caldera view that I was not expecting, especially as you have to pay through... More

This hotel has a great location. There are two markets near the hotel. Also, you can enjoy a magnificent sea view right behind the hotel. There are great restaurants and cafes near the hotel. Most of all, you can go to Fira town in about 15 minutes on foot. Maria at the reception is very friendly and lovely, and she... More

I loved my stay here. I was contacted by the hotel to arrange for pickup from the bus station. There was miscommunication, but they continued to help until they found me! The hotel is clean, beautiful and quaint. Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Lovely view. And the location is great if you are going for scenery! Beautiful... More

The hotel is in an excellent location - the walking trail to Fira/ Oia with amazing views of the caldera is literally just behind the hotel and you can walk to cafes and restaurants within about 20 metres. Fira is about a 10-15 minute walk along this walk way. The bus station is situated in Fira therefore it is really... More

Everytime we have come here (3 times now) it feels more like home. Maria and her family treat us like family. The apartment is clean and air conditioned (so good on those hot nights), short walk to Caldera, restaurants and cafes, in the middle of everything and excellent value. Love coming 'home'

We booked this last minute. It's a nice and clean place in a good location near the caldera and restaurants. And Maria (if i remmeber correctly) at the reception is very very friendly and nice. My only complain is that the room was pretty small and breakfast is not included but overall nice basic place.

You can walk down to the market from here. It is well located. Bus stop is right outside. Bikes also you can rent nearby. Bus depot is a short walk away. The rooms are cosy. I won't call them large but spacious enough for two. The girl at the reception was cheerful and welcoming. She spoke English. Her brother had... More

We carried our bags up a flight & 1/2 of stairs to get to our room which was very basic but clean, & did include a fridge and kettle. The bathroom fixtures were new and the shower had good water pressure. The balcony attached to the room was too small to sit on but there was a terrace. Breakfast was... More
