Stoped here one night. Was given a room down stairs with no A/C. No way I was paying for a room with no aircon, so returned to reception, to their credit they gave me another room with aircon. Very old furnishings, some maintenance issues. Quite tired, and expensive for what you get. On the plus side the bed was comfy, A/C cool. But wouldn’t stay again.
We spent in this hotel a night in May. Good location next to train station. We booked a budget room for 3 (we were 2) and got one with fantastic view without extra money! We could see sunrise from our window. The room was big enough and clean. Good value for money.
This 2 star budget hotel has beautiful ocean views from the lobby and small front porch. The rooms are very small, dated but clean and some have ocean views. Internet needs some work, very slow but worked. Cold breakfast served in pleasant dining room off lobby. We walked 5-10 minutes to downtown and restaurants. The hotel should take advantage of their wonderful view and expand the very small porch that only sits 2 people. When we arrived there were guests sitting on the front steps due to lack of outdoor seating, this made it feel like a rooming house on arrival. Overall, a pleasant stay for 2 nights.
Little bit old interieur from 70-80 but stylish. Like from movies with Belmondo or Pierre Richard. Wonderful sea view from balcony. Helpful staff, parking, location Wifi signal in room was very poor. Pillow was terrible
We were pleasantly surprised given the poor reviews. We had a double room with air conditioning, overlooking the garden. It was simply furnished and a little tired. The buffet breakfast was good. The hotel is convenient for v the station and get and is just a short walk from town. Overall it was good value for money for a two star hotel.
