This is a great quaint hotel in Santa Teresa. All of the rooms surround the pool, the A/C worked very well and the water pressure/hot water was very good. Barbara, the owner, is fantastic and very helpful with anything you need. We had the whole hotel for a wedding party and everything was so much fun.

A must if you are going to Santa Teresa. Nothing but good things to say about Fuego. Rooms are quiet, pool is clean, location is perfect and attention is exceptional. I have been there many times in the last few years and hoping I can go again for my next vacation.

Wonderfully kept, quaint setting in Santa Teresa. The host and hostess are accommodating....absolutely beautiful place. Close to many restaurants, walking distance to beach. The owners were able to arrange transportation and were helpful in recommending surfing points, activities, excursions, transportation. A must!

Off the "main" road and up a dirt track you'll find Fueho Lodge. I came here with my sister and stayed in one of the apartments. Pool view, 2 Queen beds. It's quite a romantic setting if I'm honest and would return with my boyfriend. There are several restaurants nearby, the beach is a 5 minute walk away. Barbara, the...

I thought that FL was great and I’d recommend it to anyone staying in the area. Here’s the breakdown: 01 - The service: The owners, Barbara and Etay (sp?),...

Fuego lodge was our first place we stayed in our 14 days in Costa Rica — and we're very happy we chose this particular place! It's truly a gem off the beaten path, but also in the most perfect location to walk anywhere you like. We were within 30 seconds or a 10 minute walk of anywhere in town, including...

Beautiful place! Very clean (even the pool). Friendly and helpful owners and staff. Walkable distance from the beach, surfshops, convenience store and restaurants. A bit far from the town's atm, but you can walk or take a taxi for 6$. I am definitely booking there again if I come back to Santa Teresa.
