Not recommended for family and elderly and also people with disabilities. The rooms, the interior and the furniture need major upgrading. The location is excellent in the middle of the Feringghi area.

Thank you for your review which is truly appreciated. We have just undergone a minor upgrading this week and trust that our cozy budget hotel would not be compared with a 4star hotel, as we also offer lower prices. Thank you for mentioning our excellent location though and hope you would give us another chance to proof that our hotel is comfortable for the category we are in and compared to other budget hotels surrounding, which mostly do not even feature windows in their guestrooms.

Dear Kristin thank you for your valuable review, which we dearly appreciate. Unfortunatelly we cannot increase the size of the rooms, but what we plan to do is to freshen up the rooms per se with giving new paint and replace some parts that might not be up-to date. However, our equipments are not old - like aircon, kettle, most water heaters and especially the flat-screen TV's. Our bathroom is advertised as"wet-cell" which is the right description. It is for guest convenience to have a private shower and WC rather than sharing as in many guest houses and other budget hotels. We do apologize if there was any missunderstanding about this and hope that overall you have enjoyed your stay here right in the center of Batu Feringghi and so close to the beautiful beach.

Amazing location, value for money, cleanliness well kept, friendly staff and thirst-quenching welcome drink. In other words, greatness in simplicity which was a great holiday environment. Will come again and much recommended 👍

Dear Ms Aireen thank you for staying in our hotel and for sharing your experience. Please apologize that the room is small and the wet-cell was apparently not as per your expectations. During the school holidays the prices went up everywhere and we also had to charge a premium to cover our costs. Meanwhile we have changed a few things and we all hope you would give us another chance to host your stay. You might opt for our Superior Room or the Family Room or the top floor suite. There the bathrooms are bigger. Please check out our new pictures to realise the changes. Glad to see you back here again, we do remain ...with warm regards from our team

"Get one facing the front as you get a bit of a view."
"the only tip I can suggest is, top up your budget and stay next door"
"Rooms either face the sea with the main road before it, or the hillside. There is free in-room Wifi- in theory. In practice, WiFi works only in the lobby and porch."
