Unsatisfied what we were told about what the room has hopefully the new owners will rectify what is advertised and how it really isn looks the spa was good and the pool and sauna was a good feature in my eyes and my partners

We booked the hotel as we had an early flight the next morning. After searching for hotels in Adelaide we decided it was just a place to sleep so not too concerned about comfort. What a surprise when we saw our room. It was comfortable and clean. We would definitely recommend the Restaurant as the quality of food was tops....

Lovely staff but don't believe the hype on refurbished rooms. These are few and far between. The room was dirty, tired and the bed awful. We spent one night here and luckily escaped quickly to a better hotel. It was noisy too. I know this could be a great hotel and has recently changed hands. Give it a couple of...

Staff were helpful and very pleasant. Rooms spacious and clean. I was not given the accessible room until the second day and was asked to pay for 6 breakfasts which were already paid for. Very convenient location.

Although in a great spot close to the city and very cheap, the hotel could do much more to improve! Generally the place is rather grubby. The walls and floors need a upgrade and a good clean!! The rooms are comfortable but tired!

Location on the edge of Adelaide city/parklands but close enough to walk into city and other attractions. Tourist information brochures in lobby excellent and car parking available, although could be limited if accommodation fully booked.

Good location, easy to use as walking base, parking a plus, refurbished older motel style accommodation. We chose it for its proximity to many key places we wanted to visit. It was quieter than we expected. Free wifi & parking is good. Only improvement needed is the quality of the towels - frayed & some holes.

Bit run down but adequate facilities for a comfortable stay. Lovely indoor heated pool, very clean. Worth 100 bucks for a weekend night out of season, restaurant onsite but Adelaide provides so much option for eating and drinking we never got there. Bed good, towels and bathroom etc all good.

This hotel is opposite the parklands and is close to the city and norwood parade. It is relatively cheap. The rooms are dark and stuffy. They stank of cleaning chemicals. The hotel is very tired and dated and needs a good makeover. The cleaning of the breakfast dishes needs to be monitored more closely. This hotel is just somewhere cheap...

overall a positive exerience rooms seen better days, breakfast first day abysmal, cold hot food not much variety, better the next day. Perhaps the only highlight was the professional friendly reception staff as reresented by young Brook
