This is a great value for money hotel. If you are planning to visit nz, its is very expensive country and I was surprise how efficient this place was. It is very simple, but the heating is good (important in July cause nights are pretty chilly) and very close to the caves. I booked the lost world with waitomo adventures...

We were only here frem 3pm to first thing the next morning in august so cannot rare all features but looked like a great campsite opposite the tourist information and waitomo museum and 5-10 mins walk from waitomo caves. Great playground for daughter, not bad shower rooms and fab restaurant next door (not part of campsite). Helpful friendly staff. We...

We only stayed for one night but in that time the reception staff were friendly and welcoming and they helped us contact The Legendary Black Water Rafting Co when we were a little late for our tour of the glow worm caves. The site is peaceful and well located for all the local tours and the showers and toilets are...

This is a lovely park! We were here overnight with our camper van at one of the powered sites. The reception staff was wonderful and helpful to deal with. The park itself was very clean. Bathrooms, showers, playground, even a trampoline! Highly recommended.

This is a gorgeous little campground in the middle of nowhere. Waitomo is a cute little town with not much more than the campground, caves, a general store and a few restaurants and other accommodation options. We stayed here one night in our campervan. Didn't have to book as it was the middle of winter. Great showers and facilities and...

Great to fall asleep right near the famous Waitomo Caves, after a full day. Waitomo Top 10 Holiday Park sits right across the road with a fantastic restaurant next-door. Good level sites for our campervan and close to amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff made the stay special.

We decided to stay at the Top 10 Holiday Park in Waitomo during our holiday in New Zealand. What a great place! I reserved a motel cabin that had two bunk beds in one room and a queen size bed in the other. There was a nice sitting area and kitchenette. Check-in was quick and easy. We arrived a bit...

This park is perfectly placed from everything in the area, from caving adventures to walking trails to restaurants. The facilities are well maintained and alway clean. A very special thank you to Linda in reception for recommending the best black water rafting adventure.

One of the best holidays I've ever had and the Top 10 was a huge part of this. New, clean, friendly, helpful and so well serviced. For such an affordable stay we really had such an awesome time. And for a chillier part of NZ - the rooms were super warm!!

I have stayed here several times and highly recommend it as the best place to stay in Waitomo. For winter months the cabins/ motel units are great with two bedrooms for the family. Cosy and warm and a handy walk to everything. The friendly team are always happy to help with any questions.
