We switched over to the Hotel Plaza after accidentally booking a hotel without heat or hot water through Expedia. We had already been traveling for awhile and staying in some dodgy rural places, so we did not want to sacrifice comfort and proximity to town's activities. The hotel is new, sparkling clean, and with comfortable beds, a great desk and fridge, hot showers, and a space heater in the room. There was a beautiful view of Parque Tupac Amaru out the window, and that turned out to be an excellent location for getting dinner and people watching. Staff was kind and got us checked into a room quickly after freezing and not sleeping well the previous night. We are grateful for finding a modern and comfortable hotel in the heart of the city.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my family. I hadn’t been back in this city since 2002 so it was a nice surprise to find this hotel. Modern, clean, friendly front desk and AWESOME breakfast Buffet!!!! which was included in the room fee. If I come back Im definitely staying here! No creo que haya otro hotel similar en Huancayo.
