I can’t say enough about the service. It’s a husband and wife who make you feel very welcome and go out of there way for you. They have a nice traditional Brazilian breakfast, and the rooms are a little tight. But I think all the places have small rooms, unless you want something fancier and out of the way location. I would definitely stay here again, and hopefully will return.
We really enjoyed our stay here, first of all because Fernando de Noronha is so beautiful, that you just have to love everything there. But of course there were lots of other reasons! The staff was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to help. They even prepared a (vegan!) cake for my friend's birthday when I asked them if there is any place on the island where I can find one. Additionally, they helped organize tours and everything else we needed! The Pousada itself is very charming! There are a lot of nice areas to sit and hang out (including hammocks), but also the rooms were nice and comfy. The only thing that was not so great, were the cold showers, but I do think it is great that they want to help save the environment and safe water, so obviously, keeping that in mind, cold water isn't so bad (especially because it is always nice and hot outside anyways!) All in all, I can only highly recommend this place!…
Leticia, the receptionist was phenomenal, welcoming us and planning our entire three days of adventures. breakfast and tea were truly something to look forward to. the pousada was charming and comfortable and attracted a great number of guests that kept it alive and fun. recommend having a Portuguese speaking person with you. other guests could speak both languages, but staff did not.
I stayed there with my son and we liked very much. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is good, you can walk to the restaurants. Its simple but clean. Breakfast is good as well is the afternoon coffee. I sure will stay there again.
Pros: perfect location, friendly staff, good price compared to other pousadas, simple but very clean, nice common area, FREE SNACKS at afternoon (perfect after a tiring diving journey!!) Cons: Simple breakfast, swimming pool was not ready and not clean at our arrival.Unfortunately, they didn't tell us in advance that we would have to pay for the snorkeling material. Overall experience: based on the price, location, and friendly staff, we would stay there again.
