too expensive for what it offers
pros: the view from the hotel is amazing, second to none (only maravilha) in the island. the pool is very cool. the hotel is brand new. cons: the hotel is still being finished. the service is not what would be expected for the extremely expensive price. the price range is way off - other 'pousadas' in this price range that i've stayed before like zé maria are much better. my room had a hot tub outside facing dirt and some construction.. not cool.

However, the island of Fernando de Noronha has a very arid climate with an average annual temperature of 28 ° Celcius. With this the majority of the year becomes quite dry. Our rates are compatible with your category and compared to other lodgings of your niche, this with prices lower than the competition. Our facilities, today are considered, the best of the Island, with luxury items. Providing comfort and rest. disappointing experience
Beautiful place with great view on the ocean. Our stay there lasted four nights, as final part of our honeymoon, but unfortunately there have been negative elements. The first shortcoming was that the hotel was under renovation and we have been informed of it just once we were there (with drilling noises all day long starting at breakfast and workers who could look directly into the room). the receptionist told us: 'But you re not gonna stay all day here right?''. we were totally disappointed. we could have spent all day there swimming at the pool if we had wished. Last but not least: the behaviour of one member of the staff, a receptionist and at customer service, whose job is supposed to welcome and deal nicely with visitors. He (DALMO) showed astonishing rudeness and lack of professionalism (with persistant payment reminders, even while we were having breakfast, even though they had problems with credit card machine; inappropriate remarks...), carelessness of the host and direspect. Element considered by us as extremely serious for a facility of this category and that the owners (on the contrary really attentive) were probably not aware of. We would have liked to talk to them face to face, but there wasn't time and there were too many arrivals when we were leaving, communication in English was difficult and we tried to make our most of the time left on that beautiful island. One point in their favor: a delicious breakfast and really nice and professional staff for that. For the price, it's not worthy. we would have liked to find another place to stay, but the best on the island were full and sincerely, we just wanted to relax and enjoy our honeymoon. It's too bad they didn't help us make it beautiful. a gesture of goodwill would be to invite us again, like this we could change idea! Pousada with excellent potential but that needs lot more focus at reception.…

Extremely high price for not much,Poor management , working demolishing going on and horrible reservation system
The view is amazing nice, however it is still under repair, so many wreckage of construction at the entrance, still lack structure for receiving guests and the price is out of the range .. over R$2.140 per night . Dor this price the service need to be over 5 stars , but services thee is same as 2 stars hotel.. not worthy, just the breakfast is very good . Staff are not well prepared, not sympathetic , and lack of knowledge about hotels service ..in fact the whole island of Fernando de Noronha the service is terribly bad and price extremely high. Poor management , lack of comprehension of customer side, poor handle of complaint and the blame is always on the guest. They don’t really care for you “ guests”. That’s why 100% of the money you pay in advance .. although it is their right to do so , but it the right of the guest have good service .. Got a lot of trouble on reservation.. it was canceled . It is so difficult to get contact with the place and impossible to get contact With reservation center . Nobody pick up phones.. Talking with some other guests , they complained about the construction going on .. so noisy in the morning .. What I perceived is that they still want the place running charging high price meanwhile under repairs and construction .. I’ve seen some reviews and customers complained in the past about some repairs and the answer was very impolite to the guest which had a full reason! It is a bit frustrating when you pay high and the place is not exactly what you think.. I recommend people to check others places around the island, since the “ luxury” you want to pay to get good service is useless because you pay 7 stars price to get 2 stars service . Rooms are beautiful, but very basic.. there is coffee machine and tea.. guess what !! You have to pay for it!! I’ve never seen that!! Even in any regular hotel around the world this is service for free.. Internet just in the lobby .. for the level every room needed to have a signal .. I didn’t have good experience there.. Thailand , Indonesia and Philippines have better services, way much better hotel and way cheaper, considering airticket + 5 star hotel and also are great paradise .. …

Perfect little Pousada
The Pousada Colina dos Ventos is small, very beautifull, managed by friendly and helpful staff. The location is great, the view astonishing. Breakfast buffet is solid, and in the afternoon one gets free cakes and drinks, we used this a lot. We would highly recommend this place to anyone and always return if we have the chance to get back to this beautiful island. For dinner there is a restaurant "Veranda" nearby with delicious food.

Fantastic place
We stayed here for 4 days with a friend and it was a great experience. It is very well situated and what really makes this place special is the location. Fantastic view and the garden is so pleasant. Breakfast is delicious and Marli, who is the manager here is so nice and helpful. She made the stay even better.

A pousada disponibiliza transporte até o centro?
Bom dia Sra. Elisa, Da Pousada para a Vila dos Remédios, são entre 10 e 15 minutos de caminhada. Caso prefira a Sra. pode chamar um táxi. Não dispomos de transporte da pousada. Aguardamos sua visita!!!
