We originally tried to book the Owl cottage, however the owners offered us the larger detatched Bwthyn Gwyn cottage for our weeks stay. Superb cottage, comfortably furnished, roomy, and with great views over the lake. All with the added bonus of a log burner. We have travelled extensively, and this was up there with the best we've previously stayed in....

We stayed in Bwthyn Gwyn for a week. We were met by Andrew on arrival, and a more helpful and friendly person you couldn't wish to meet. Nothing was too much trouble; he loaned us a map of Angelsey for the week and was a font of knowledge. The cottage was lovely, with everything you could need for a relaxing...

The cottages are in an idyllic spot. The lakes are beautiful for a morning walk with the dog. Andrew the owner was very friendly and helpful and even lent us a map. The nearest village is about 5 to 10 mins drive away. Although you need to drive to the nearest shops and restaurants, it's a great spot that's central...

We have just returned from a fabulous week at Parc Newydd. We stayed in the Barn which was lovely. Everything was perfect, the grounds are amazing with a fabulous lake to wander round. The Owners are great, very friendly and made us and our dog Banjo feel very welcome. We shall definately be returning....faultless.

We arrived to a very friendly welcome from the owner Andrew. The cottage was perfect, with every creature comfort. We had some lovely evenings walking around the lake followed by sitting in front of the log burner. Perfectly situated to explore the island and Andrew was a font of knowledge on local history, places to visit and even the best...

We stayed at in the Bwthyn Gwyn cottage for 2 nights along with our labrador. We originally booked a smaller cottage but the owner kindly upgraded us for free so we had more space. The cottage was like a show home. The grounds and lakes were perfect for walking the dog in the mornings before we went out for the...

We stayed in the Beth Gwyn cottage for a week, fantastically furnished, spotlessly clean. Easy spot to get out and about to all areas of the island even though it is inland. Beaches only 10 minute drive away. Andrew and mum make you feel very welcome. Thank you for a lovely week. Hope to get back in the future. Highly...

Just spent a weekend for four friends in Bwthyn Gwyn Cottage. Lovely tastefully furnished 2 bedroom cottage with good facilities in a wonderfully peaceful and secluded setting. There is a huge abundance of gorgeous flowers that envelope you in the courtyard - magical. Sitting looking over the lake and watching the big skies will be a special memory too. Was...

Stayed in Bwthyn Gwyn. This is property is detached and has a private patio garden. Accommodation is modern and good quality. Ample space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. No extras to pay for. Plenty of parking. Good central location. Lakes are pretty as a picture and provide lots of opportunity for fishing. Or if that's too energetic its nice...

We stayed in the Bwthyn Gwyn, a lovely two (a twin and a double) bedroomed detached cottage. I was initially a little worried when booking that it may be a bit small to cater for four adults, but once there it couldn't have been more perfect for us. It was clean, tidy, cosy, the inglenook (log burner) is fabulous -...
