3 night stay on a coach trip to North Wales. Our room was clean and comfortable. The management and staff were brilliant especially the waitresses. Reasonably priced bar what more could you want .this hotel deserves more than 2 stars .

Enjoyed our stay. Excellent staff and service. Breakfast was good but a bit expensive at £7.50. Breakfast ended at 9 am which was a bit early. Our friend unfortunately missed breakfast since they didn't get up in time

Downside was very poor TV, could only get 2 channels, made me think I was back in the 1970's again, the shower was too low and water wasn't...

It's an old hotel so some allowances have to be made for old woodwork etc. We and our dog were made very welcome We would definitely stay there again Just had...

I will say that the staff tried very hard to correct the complaints and there were many, this was an organised trip and I would never have booked had I known it was only 2* and having never stayed...
