Although we have to admit not the most modern in decoration, for those who love the romantic side of British tourism it is highly commendable! The rooms we had were extremely spacious, and although cold, they went out of their way to supply us with extra heating to suit our needs. They also gave us an ironing board and were...

This restaurant has had many ups and downs over the years. It has been the best and worst in the south of the Island, over the last two to three decades. Thankfully it is getting back to its former glory days. We went for Sunday Lunch. The staff are very friendly and helpful and although the menu is fairly restricted,...

I went here for lunch with my mum. The food was delicious, well presented and excellent value for the money. Table service top notch too. Open fire makes it cosy on a cold day. Can't fault at all. Highly recommended.

My mother came for Christmas, last minute, our place was full so we booked this hotel. The staff were terrific and nothing was too much trouble. From what I saw it looked clean and comfortable. We had a meal there and that was good.

Stayed 3 weeks in their Apartments next door to the hotel...50 yards from the beach.Really modern and clean apartment with TV's in main room and main bedroom.Clean bathroom always a good sign.Shops are 50 yards away but you wouldn't know it as the apartments are set back from the main village road.Very friendly locals.

A large group of us, visiting from all over the uk and also from the island, descended on the Falcons nest on the Sunday of a weekend visit for joint birthday celebrations. The food was in the form of a carvery which we all enjoyed. It cost about £8 per person and was excellent value for money. The staff were...

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at The Falcons Nest and congratulate the Falcons for making our stay so enjoyable. Our room was large and had views of Port Erin Bay. The bed was comfortable and room facilities were to a good standard. The bathing facilities were absolutely splendid with a shower and bath in a good size room. Downstairs we...

Great location near the seafront, this is a large, white rambling sort of place with lots of confusing corridors which kind of adds to its charm. Undoubtedly needs some tarting up but having said that the staff in reception and the bar/dining room were really friendly and welcoming and everything functioned including the free WiFi. The bed was comfy, the...

I've not stayed at this hotel, as I live locally. But if the rooms are in the same league as the bar and restaurant I'm very pleased not to have slept there. The restaurant food is poor at best, served by charming but barely competent youngsters. The bar is where I would reserve particular criticism. Unfriendly welcome, foul language among...
