A trip down to Icklesham for my sister's 30th birthday, and my husband and I booked a room at the Manor Farm Oast. It was a lovely place to stay. The building itself is very attractive and the rooms are lovely - and very warm too (which was important as it was a freezing winter weekend when we stayed). Kate...

We stayed here for three nights in July '16. Manor Farm Oast is delightful and is situated in a beautiful and peaceful part of the countryside. It is within easy reach, by car, of Rye, Camber Sands, Winchelsea and Hastings. Kate and Syd are wonderful hosts and make you feel very welcome and comfortable. The attention to detail is magnificent...

Just spend a wonderful weekend here. Everything you could have wanted, made to feel like part of the family not paying guests. Stayed in the Rose room which was spacious and comfortable. Particularly enjoyed breakfast, which kept us going for the whole day. Picturesque location, convenient for Hastings and Rye, with an interesting history.

I stayed here for two nights with my boyfriend, his parents and his grandparents - the property itself makes for a beautiful picture and is within walking distance to a church and a pub. The rooms were particularly large, all decorated differently and very comfortable. We were the only guests staying (I believe there are only 3 bedrooms that can...

We walked to the Queens Head pub for dinner which I would recommend, although make sure you have a torch as the walk back through the field...

Kate and Syd were excellent hosts at this beautiful Oast House venue. We stayed in the round blue room with a huge comfortable double bed and a newly equipped bathroom just across the corridor. The breakfasts were especially good as Kate made her own sausages. There was also kippers and poached haddock on the menu along with bowls of fresh...

Our one night stay at this wonderful B&B was for a special celebration treat for my husband's parent's 60th Wedding Anniversary and an 80th birthday. Kate and Syd, the owners, could not have done more to make us all feel at home. We were greeted so warmly on our arrival and cards and chocolates were found on our beds, a...
