We ended up staying here because I got a good online rate. It is a shame there are just so many things which could be better. We had a room with terrace, which was enormous and had a nice view. However the outside furniture was not just dated it was downright dangerous. How much would it cost to replace? The...

The hotel is not bad but we expected when you consider the price. Room is large and clean. The bathroom is functional. Though we missed a hair dryer. In generel the hotel need a renovation. Especially the carpets in the hall way were very dirty. The pool area looked nice. Because of rainy weather did we not try the pool....

First, the hotel is in a good location for visiting old town without actually staying in old town. For visiting the beach, the hotel is a bit too far away to walk. We did walk to the beach and back, but it got tiring after a while especially with the heat. The hotel is also in a fine location for...

Nice hotel but needs urgent maintenance. Personeel was kind and helpful but rooms need basic maintenance services. Liking water from A/C in the bathroom, needs painting, broken plugs. Nice pool and gardens.

Really nice hotel and really friendly staff. It is walking distance from restaurants and the airport. The rooms were very nice and clean. The only thing we had trouble with was the air conditioning stopped working in the evening, but other than that we had a pleasant stay.

Fine and clean hotel with modern rooms, near old city center. With free parking space. On monday the hotelrestauraurant was closed, so we had diner near the harbour. We didn't have breakfast in this hotel because we left early for the airport.

We stayed in Hondarribia mainly because the hotels in San Sebastián are so expensive. We checked online, found this hotel new, roomy, free wifi, pool, and competitive rates so we booked immediately via Expedia. Hotel was very nice to email us thanking for our booking but asked if we were sure to book Jul 2017, and offered to book us...

Dear Dora F. Thanks for your kind words for our staff, we try to do our best and I hope that the "human touch" compensate for possible structural deficits. Hope to see you soon so you can enjoy Sugarri, Sushigarri and the pool. Best regards

No A/C, only informed after check in that this would not be functioning until the next day. Opened window hesitantly because of small child and safety issues, but the noise off the street was loud and stuffiness kept us up all night. Poor service, didn't offer a fan or alternative, no discount. Expensive and poor value, although a great location...
