Very friendly reception and received an upgrade due to it being my second visit. My 'apartment' was clean and bright and very modern. Overall the staff were very friendly and efficient and although I speak little to no Romanian all was taken in good spirit. The earthquake did not damage the building and so I feel very safe, for when... More

I am visiting Buzău for a couple of days and I have chosen this hotel for it's proximity to the city centre and the client I work with here, as I am here for business purposes. The rooms are very nice and clean. It is a bit overprice, though, and the personel looks like it came from another century. They... More

I loved staying at this hotel, even if it only was for a night. The bed was veerry comfortable and I slept like a baby. The downside is that it's a bit expensive, especially for Buzau. The location is great, everything is very clean. There are very nice complimentary toilitries. I have nothing bad to say about it. I have... More

The hotel was very nice, clean with friendly and helpful people. The Kitchen has, in my opinion, to change their (old) way in preparing some meals and here I have to point finger specially on the beef. To put it in a funny way from my peace I could choose from the region which was very well done to the... More

I staied there on a bussiness trip. The location was excelent, right in the centran square of Buzau. Good staff, and the rooms were cleaned every day, with fresh towels and everything. Big plus for the restaurant also.

Stayed for nine nights and I must say the overall impression was very good. The service, although provided by not very well trained personnel, was good enough because the lack of training was compensated by a very kind and pleasant attitude from the staff, namely the restaurant personnel. The restaurant provided a fairly good menu and good breakfast. The décor... More

Lousy furniture, covers, etc. Pretty poor decorations, including the restaurant, overall too expensive. You can find better conditions in smaller guest houses. I do not recommend this hotel. We travelled for a wedding, did not had much interaction with the hotel staff except check in and check out. The waiters at the wedding itself were OK, I do not remember... More

Stayed at the Pietroesa for several days and it wasn't bad. Stayed on the 4 Star side. Had heard the 3 Star side was very dated and after arriving it was confirmed. Not a bad place to stay at all. Staff was very helpful and meals were very good. Breakfast was more than adequate and dinners were very good. Nice... More

This is not 4* hotel and 3* rooms should be avoided, especially so called rooms for smokers located at 6th floor which I founded it horrible smelly and with cigarette burned sheets. I wasn't able to stay ever for one night in such a room - when I complained about , I've got new room at the 2nd floor but... More

3 star hotel and 4 star hotel are in same building, sharing same reception and entrance. As I couldn't find place, I stayed 2 nights in 3 star part. Not much like it, a classic 3 star with old decoration and small room. At my third night, I managed to check in to 4 star and I was then happy.... More
