We’ve spent a lovely 7 days’ vacation in Crocus Hotel. The staff was amazing and made us feel home away from home. All our questions and requests got the fullest attention and food was always available and delicious. The breakfast was good and diverse (inc. bread, butter, all kind of cheese and sausages, cereals, warm and cold drinks and home-made...

Me and my wife had a pleasant stay at your hotel. We loved the views and the wilderness! The staff was competent, friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious and we had a unique taste of romanian "izvar", the Romanian equivalent of mulled wine! Looking forward to revisiting your hotel with all it has to offer!

We had a team building and the food was terrible bad and staff very aggressive and no reaction to try to improve the services that were paid. At our complains we have gotten some kind of injuries. During this period (September) there is no activity around to do, such is better to chose to stay in Brasov city.

The rooms are ok but the service was awful. The staff had an attitude like our presence there was annoying them and they were always in a bad mood. I will not be going there again. I wouldn't recommend it.

A beautiful and very calm place in Poiana Brasov with good personnel and tasty food. They have their own pickles jams and sauces, which all are perfect! The wi-fi was turbo-fast, one of the best I've used in hotels. Some staff speaks Russian, and many inscriptions are translated in Russian, surprising for these places. Free parking in the garden, playground...

We have stayed for two wonderful weeks in this beautiful villa. What we liked the most is that the owner/administrator of this hotel, Mrs. Lidia is always there and the staff is very mature and responsive. They observed that we often drink tea, and on the third evening we were even offered to take a tea set (thermos, tea, sugar)...

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days and I must say that is was an amazing experience. My friends, who have stayed previously at this hotel, have recommended it to me so I've decided to give it a try. The major advantages: spacious and clean! room, wide rage of local wines and really delicious traditional food at reasonable prices,...

Nice place. If you want to concentrate on skiing, be near the ski slopes and stay at a decent economical place. This is the place. About 300 mts to the bus stop, 600 mts small ski slope, 1km to the main ski slope of poina brasov. tucked away nicely from the main road. The staff Maria and Gabi are very...

“The hotel doesn't have elevator, so upper floors are quite and have a good view but would be hard to reach for people with disabilities.”
