Al Gelso Bianco is truly incredible. The staff were beyond helpful and wonderful and the pasta making class was a huge hit for our family. Our 3 kids are still talking about it. We have a 3,5 and 6 year old. What a wonderful and charming place. We are thankful we had the opportunity to come here. We would go...

We chose Al Gelso Bianco based on the great reviews from this board and the recommendation of ciaobambino.com. Everyone couldn't have been more right. This was the absolute perfect place for our Tuscan holiday. Located halfway between Florence and Sienna and only ~20 minutes from San Gimignano, it was the perfect home base for day trips and exploring. The apartments...

We came to Italy for the Easter break with another family and had 8 kids with us. The kids ages ranged from 6-18 and we decided to do the pasta making class at Al Gelso Bianco. We had the most wonderful time ever. The kids tell people that it was one of their favorite parts of our 10 day trip...

We spent an afternoon and dinner at Al Gelso Bianco, learning with our kids how to make pasta, gnocchi, tagliatelle and raviolli and many more tuscan items. The class was extremely well organized, kids were doing something all the time, while adults helped and drank whine… The best thing were the 2 Irenes, Dori and Stefania. They came to great...

Set within an idyllic Tuscan background, Al Gelso Bianco was the perfect start to our family holiday in Tuscany. The accommodation was lovely (very clean!) and perfect for our group which consisted of 3 adults and 2 children. We had a self catering apartment and the kitchen was very well equipped. There was a wonderful playground for my 3 year...

Researched a lot of options before finding this one, and am so glad we found it. Our visit was late June 2016 for cooking class, with our 10 yr old twins. Booked in advance. Reasonably priced compared to others, want to say there from 10a-4p. Beautiful setting. The two ladies have it down to a science. Everyone gets involved, chopping,...

We highly recommend their cooking class! From the booking to when we arrived and advice was all flawless. We were greeted upon arrival by a very friendly lady, we were taken to a large family style kitchen were they had already prepared nibbles and wine. We were taken to the garden to pick fresh herbs and Vegetables (which our three...

We had the opportunity to stay at Al Gelso Bianco Farm in early October 2016. The property is beautifully renovated and maintained. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with our 4 year old son. It was clean and perfectly appointed. The property itself offered a great pool (a bit cool for our timing), playground and beautiful garden, olive groves...

We loved our stay at Al Gelso Bianco. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and approachable, and the apartment was well equipped with a fabulous view across the valley which filled with atmospheric mists in the October early mornings. We were there for the final bottling in the vineyard, and the olive harvest was about to start. The gardens...

Me and my 11 year old daughter who is a budding chef attended this amazing class, we had a very warm welcome, followed by learning 3 different types of pasta from scratch. It was a very comforting environment and we had the freedom to experiment. We saw the best example of experiential learning when 2 year old child also copied...
