Let's get it out of the way: Federica's farmhouse is a truly beautiful place. You can't go wrong in terms of setting and aesthetic. Just keep in mind that it's rustic, and be prepared for some bugs. BUT, two things: First, this is not a working farm, despite what the marketing implies. And second, the hospitality is a bit cold...

The setting is beautiful once there, the road was a little challenging. While we enjoyed our stay I don't think I would return. This is not really an Agrifuturismo faciolity. There could be a little less clutter in the kitchen, no counter space to work on and the bathroom leaves much to be desired. The apartment is a lovely size,...

My wife stayed here in October and thus heat not an issue nor bugs. Lighting is so-so. Place is rustic but set in a classic Tuscan bucholic setting, not to be believed. Road up is steep, but Fiat rental had no problem Federica works hard to keep upgrading it. Great central location. We loved the rustic nature but maybe not...

We stayed in this agriturismo in August 2011 as a family of 4 (with 2 kids of 11 & 13). Great location, not easy to access by car (our Punto struggled a lot to ascend the steep hill...), beautiful bedrooms, beautiful but not practical kitchen (no chimney, it gets too hot to cook there in summer), beautiful but not practical...

Federica was a wonderful host, she went out of her way to accommodate my family & I. The apartment was large and felt very homely, a well designed interior which made us feel like we were in a Tuscan farmhouse :-) she has done a fantastic job.
