Gracious host Massimo welcomed us into his home, kitchen and dolce vita lifestyle. His animals (2 cats and dog) became our animals, but were never overwhelming. The agriturismo was rustic and clean, but charming. His assistant Elena (a Bruce Springsteen fan), made us feel like family. Language was no barrier because of the warm hospitality and the delicious breakfast. Recommend...

Extraordinary in every aspect, our experience at Agriturismo Castello della Paneretta exceeded expectations. The landscape alone is stunning in its own right, consisting of vast layers of vineyards and green fields, but the accommodations were perfectly charming, with a uniquely fantasical Tuscan country quality. Massimo and Patrizia were extremely warm and welcoming hosts, and the dinners they serve are easily...

This was our highlight of a week in Tuscan country side. Massimo and Bruno showed us how to make full course dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience learning how to make pasta and beef involtini.

The agriturissmo is an Italian Country apartment, charming and comfortable just down the road from the castle (winery). Massimo is your host and chef extraordinaire. His home is a wealth of collections and a gastronomical feast for dinner. Massimo joins you. Do not miss dinner. Do not miss the home made bread for breakfast ( not the tasteless Tuscan )....

This was the highlight of our trip to Italy! We still make our own pasta once a week. We did not stay there, but Patrizia and Massimo taught us how to make Italian food....not like the restaurants., but like the Italians. Thank you.

My husband and I spent 3 days here. It was difficult to choose from so many choices in the area, but we were convinced after we checked their Facebook page and Tripadvisor comments. Patrizia and Massimo looked like the most wonderful hosts one could expect in Tuscany. Our intuition did not failed us. Their love for life is so contagious...

After 3 days in beautiful but buzzy Florence, we were happy to stay for a couple of days in the delightful countryside of Tuscany. We were attracted by the cooking classes on offer at il castello and were not disappointed! As a family, whilst we learned hands on delicious traditional recipes, already attempted to reproduce upon return home with some...

My husband and I just spent 4 fantastic hours in the kitchen with Patrizia and Massimo making ravioli / pesto / biscotti to name just a few items. Massimo who makes his own pancetta and capicola started us out by preparing a slow braise of beef for us to enjoy with lunch. We not only hands on participated in making...

Can we only give 5 stars? - TripAdvisor needs a new EXCEPTIONAL CATEGORY..!! (First posted October 2012 as a restaurant-cooking class review - we still miss them) We were NOT looking for the concierge, swimming pool and big screen TV for our recent Tuscany vacation but wanted the true Agriturismo Experience and Agriturismo Castello Della Paneretta with Patrizia and Massimo...
