Great location with modern, tastefully decorated rooms, with a fantastic views overlooking the lights of Modica. Go to the terrace to get a stunning perspective on this beautiful town. Convenient parking in the street below, yet right at the base of the town so a great central starting place.

The breakfast was excellent, the rooms clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was able to provide much information to help us on our way to having a great vacation in Modica. My only complaint about the place was that it was up an alley with no way to get your car up to the door to un load your...

We only stayed here for 1 night but would highly recommend it. Although you have to walk up some steep stairs to get there it's for sure worth it. Very friendly staff. Clean and modern rooms. Wonderful breakfast and very central to all sights of Modica.

If you are planning to visit Modica, you probably know that you will have to climb many stairs!... The hotel Le Magnolie does not make difference: you have to go up roughly 40 steps + 50 meters in a small road that goes up too. Or you can walk on the same small road from the bottom, that makes it...

I dont really have any strong feelings about this property. There was nothing bad about it but nothing to rave about. There are 3 things that I really love about this property. The location is really wonderful, you are in the middle of everything. They even told us where to park for free which is a small street perpendicular to...

A beautiful quiet hotel in the friendly quiet town of Modica. The hotel is simple. The rooms are spacious with painted ceilings and there's a roof terrace with views across the town. There are plenty of cafes and bars in the neighbourhood and a few options for dining - notably La Contea, a bustling pizzeria.

Up a tiny, steep street off the main road so use of legs required. Delightful, friendly and hard working receptionist gave great advice on parking, best chocolate shops etc. Lovely room with remarkable domed gilted ceiling and excellent bathroom/shower. Usual breakfast buffet with good coffee/poor juice as seems to be the norm. Fab value, great position and superb front of house. Highly recommended.

The only food served here is a pretty modest breakfast, so why is it classified as a hotel and not a B&B ? Difficult to find (up a narrow alleyway roughly where corso Umberto meets via Marchesa Tedeschi) and cannot be reached by car, the access is very steep and is NOT for a lot of luggage or anyone with...

The hotel is a bit tricky to find, but the location is worth your efforts. Covenient parking spot is close to Duomo, along the main town street, even some free spots are available. A bit of gym to take your trolleys up the steep street, but you find a nice modern place with a marvelous roof-top terrace. We got a...

“Our room (La Gerbera) was over the alleyway in which the B&B is located. It was quiet, so I guess all rooms are the same.”
