We stayed here 2 nights and had a very comfortable stay. The room was really spacious, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was great and Pierre in the breakfast room was full of fantastic advice and super attentive... a really nice small town to visit too..

When we were in Puglia, we rented a car for 10 days, because public transportation is a little spotty in that part of the country. We flew into Bari -- not sure whether that would be the airport from which you would be going to Martina Franca. Sorry I can't help with the shuttle question. The hotel should be able to give you at least an estimate.
