We have stayed at these apartments for the past 6 years and every time it has been faultless. We stayed in room 326 which was a really good size with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the room was bigger than previous 2 bedroom apartments we have stayed in at the Eos and being just around the corner from the ski...

The hotel is a series of privately owned apartments that are pretty much all the same and we found the facilities well suited to the needs of a family of four. The kitchen is limited and small, (no sharp knife!) but it was fine to do a decent meal with a bit of imagination. We were on the second floor...

I agree with the comment that these apartments are not what you would expect from a 5* rating but then ski resort accommodation is often really poor. We stayed in a 2 bedroomed apartment with our 20 something son and daughter. They have two bathrooms, one with bath/shower over and WC, the other with shower and separate WC. The shower...

This was our 3rd stay here. Rooms on the ends of floors are best and above level 3. This time the building was looking a bit tired and the staff were variable. Lots of kids running around which was a bit annoying - using baggage trollies to race up and down in the car park for example. Car park always...

Family-friendly atmosphere. Ski-in-and ski-out (most of the time). Flaine is a great place to ski for beginners and intermediates. Maybe also for the expert, but as I'm not one I can't really say. 75 minutes from Geneva airport.. Snow very reliable. Apartments are very well appointed.

Ski in and out was good but apartment quality was poor and ours had not been hovered from previous guests. Rooms not like the website/brochure. We paid for a bigger apartment and then upgraded again when we got there for 50 Euro scenic view which was the car park... one tiny wardrobe to put all clothes and kitchen could fit...

Big disappointment; even bigger than losing 2 days of skiing to a massive snow dump (3m on the high tops!) last Monday & Tuesday! We know the Grand Massif really well and have skied into Flaine many times from Samoens or Morrillon. Decided to go for 'ski-in ski-out' and it worked pretty well in Flaine at Terrasses d'Eos (despite a...

Close to the ski-area, very friendly staff, appartment very well equipped. Swimmingpool/Spa area is nice, a bit crowded sometimes. Fresh bread and croissants every morning! We had a small problem with the shower, it was fixed very fast.

Have just returned from a week's skiing with our 3 daughters, and ok, granted it was half term and very busy, but we know no different. Despite this, we've had a superb time. Our transfer c/o Go Massif, which is a very slick operation, got us to Flaine around midday and we were able to get all the administrative side...

“Our room faced mountain, number 415. Just a note that people skiing outside and children playing in snow can see into room. Not a problem for us at all but worth mentioning - use bathrobes!”
