Spent last 3 days of trip to Dumaguete here, location is behind Robinson mall, was amazed how quiet the nights are. Our other hotel was motorbikes, horns and people voices. Rooms very clean, staff friendly and helpfull. Only con was not always a trycicle around for transport, though you could always walk 2 front of Robinson and find many

We booked 2 connecting bedrooms at this hotel for our family (3 adults/3 kids) for our Dumaguete City exploration and Apo Island sea turtle interaction. We just came from Oslob, Cebu from our Whale Watching Interaction. We arrived at 12:30 PM and the "unwelcoming, serious looking" receptionist did not allow us to check-in early, so we decided to have our... More

1. I was supposed to book 2 rooms for a Nov. 12-14, 2016 accommodation, but due to inadvertence I booked it for a Nov. 12-14, 2017 accommodation. I did not notice it until we were at the front desk of the hotel. I called up Go Hotels to request for the necessary correction (since the receptionist has no access to... More

Room exactly like on photos but bedsheets and pillows are not so white anymore. Wi-Fi and aircon working well. Helpful and attentive staff. I was on transit, so I just stayed one night and it seems to be a clever option considering the oferr around.

All the staff are accomodating. They have a quick response in your request. It's just a few steps away from Robinsons Mall. If you're planning to go for a food trip, better try the Hayahay Restaurant, Lantaw Restaurant and Gina's Kabayuhan (it's just a carinderia but their menu is amazing).

This hotel is across the parking lot from Robinsons Mall. In the mornings a tricycle is always parked nearby to take you to where you need to go, the cheap/shared tricycles are located in front of the mall. The rooms are clean. The wifi is very bad and is not dependable. The hallways can be very loud as well as... More

My girl friend and I wanted to experience Dumaguete (We live in Bohol). We just spent one night at GO Hotels and one at another place. We did not have reservations but there was no problem as it is still low season. The rooms are large enough and the bathrooms have hot showers, a safe, and cable television. A light... More

The staff is rude, they don't even acknowledge you.. like you're only a mosquito flying in the hotel. When we got there no one even greeted good morning. What the? I don't know what the deal is. The guard did not help with the luggage. The receptionist was snarky like she owns the place. I can go on and on... More
