This is a historical landmark. Tour guides were kind and took care of the property well. For us, this tour was part of an excursion during port call of a cruise. Worth the visit as you get more of an idea of what life was like for whites and blacks during the slavery days.

I went for the tour of the Great House and had a high tea on the porch. Although the tour was evidently made for non-specialists in Georgian and Golden Age history (which I consider myself more adept in), it was clearly enjoyable by all sorts of people - those who are new to the plantation world, those who are familiar...

Had 12 hours in Montego Bay during cruise change over and wanted a relaxing and informative tour. Good Hope plantation house was perfect in that offered a 4 to 5 hour tour into the mountains combined with a historic plantation house visit and afternoon tea at a working plantation. Saw Usain Boults school and typical village houses and crops on...

The tour at the Estate was quite interesting and the museum was well kept and had a lot of history. The staff there was full of information. The rum tasting after was interesting with the many different flavours of rum.

My wife and I really enjoyed the plantation and the history behind it. Lunch was amazing with the wildlife and the spectacular huge, humming birds around, you will enjoy this shore excursion a lot, it was worth the trip and worth the time

Beautiful. Everyone so friendly and hospitality top notch. We were in a rainstorm and still had a blast. Did the Martha Brae river float and was enjoyable. Traditional food and drinks were very good and well prepared.

We visited this old plantation house based on a recommendation and found it interesting. The house is located on top of a hill with great views of the countryside. The house is furnished and well kept with an interesting history. All in all an interesting place to visit.

We were looking for a not so strenuous activity in Jamaica and settled on Tea at the Good Hope Estate. We were not expecting much, but were we ever wrong. The view is spectacular the house is lovely and the "tea" was outstanding. Leo is a wonderful guide and Dorothy is a lovely hostess. The only down side is the...

Great time seeing this property. We enjoyed our knowledgeable driver, Reagan on our way to the site. We toured the property and ate lunch on site. We would have enjoyed more time to look at pottery and enjoy a cocktail while on property. Also, you can wait and buy the rum at the duty free shop, it is a better...
