If you prefer a hotel a little away from the tourist busy center of Bonifacio, this is a perfect family owned small hotel. Everything is very clean and staff extremely friendly. They serve both lunch and dinner and food is very good. We had a superior room, which gives a little extra space. The only thing missing was a fridge, which is a pity. There are several beaches just a few minutes from the hotel and the view at breakfast is spectacular over the bay area. Highly recommend.
The hotel is new with nicely furnished rooms and is located near the beach. Although it is far from the center you can reach the old part of the city in 10 minutes by car. The staff is very friendly. Parking is available on site and is free of charge. WiFi connection is free and ok.
If you like snotty employees. rooms with flies, towels made out of concrete ,fake Michelin ratings about the restaurant that was absolute garbage than this your place. Had to wait 25 mins for a bottle of water ! then another 40 for a salad ...A SALAD!! While other guests had come after us and already ate their meal. you'd think after you get married and spend $200 per night there they'd treat you with a little respect. If you are an American on your honeymoon or just traveling the the islands avoid this place at all cost the only time they are nice to us is when we were leaving. There was one bright part of the place getting the f out of there. The best way to enjoy Corsica is sailing past it to Sardenga .
We had booked a double room and, in fact, had a triple, ie a double bed, small single room with a connecting door, and a bathroom. The only windows were in the bathroom and the single room so it was very dark in the bedroom. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom but nowhere to plug it in. In fact the only socket in the whole suite was at floor level behind the one bedside table. This made using the hairdryer rather difficult and we were glad we always carry extension plugs with us, so we were able to recharge phones and ipad. The air conditioning worked well. The proprietor was extremely nice and courteous. The drawback of this hotel was that, although it had lovely views over the bay from the restaurant, one was dependent on that restaurant to eat. Apart from a beach bar and a pizza bar, there was nowhere else in walking distance and Bonifacio was quite a long way away.…
We were pleased to find this hotel that is about 6km from the hustle and bustle of Bonifacio. The hotel is recently renovated and the rooms were nicely done. A few mosquitos which we quickly killed and had no problems after! The owners were knowledgeable and kind. The location was beautiful and there is a beach in walking distance.
Friendly and helpful staff, good food and nice quiet location with easy parking and access. Good sized and comfortable rooms. Close to Bonifacio but you need to drive to get there - about 10 minutes. This area is very quiet and peaceful off season.
