We really enjoyed our stay here. The food was good (we had dinner once and breakfast several times). Wifi is only available in the lodge and is spotty and slow, but you really shouldn't need wifi at this beautiful location. Shelly, Sasha, and Georgia went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Arleen cleaned the rooms whenever...

My husband and I arrived in Little Corn Island one day before a major wind storm. We were "stuck" on the island for 6 nights versus our 3 nights originally planned. The only way in and out of Little Corn Island is by panga boat and the boat wasn't running so we needed to extend our stay. Casa Iguana provided...

We're very sad to leave this review as we've stayed at Casa Iguana on 3 other occasions & always highly recommended this place to friends. However the current owner is completely unconcerned with the running & maintenance on this place, which has serious repercusions for all guests. So first off good points - the reception & restaurant staff, especially Sasha,...

I had read enough prior to arriving to LCI to understand that everything on the island was rustic. However, we paid 100$ per night and the only thing we got for this price was the view. I am no princess but the rooms are dirty and need of a good cleaning. It has a nice breeze but besides that I...

The thing I love most about this hotel is the location. If you want to be right in the center of the bars with the rest of the tourists, don't stay here. It's about a 5-7 minute walk from the "Village" where most people stay. I felt completely safe walking here at night. This hotel is on the windy side...

A few buddies and myself took a trip there a few years ago and it was awesome. It was my first experience out of the country so I really wasn't sure what to expect. Casa Iguana was a great place to stay and the staff was on point. Food and drinks were outstanding. My only issue my friends and I...

Okay, so we didn't actually stay at this hotel. But I need to give a public shout-out to a staff member, Abner, who demonstrated some selfless behavior. As we prepared to leave from Big Corn Island in the panga, military folks came to our boat (which was VERY packed) and said we had too many people on board. The back-and-forth...

Researching Little Corn Island and, in particular, Casa Iguana, and expectations are modest. I read "ecolodge" and saw pictures and thought "well, this will be good enough." From the moment I arrived, I was consistently surprised by how lovely it all was. Little Corn was an entirely new experience for me. No roads, no vehicles, one gets from place to...

AMAZING place. The on-island staff is fantastic. Thank goodness for the managers Manny and Tita who SAVED our vacation. We made a reservation in June for December travels, but suddenly, communication with the state-side owner (Mary) stopped. Not sure how she plans to continue business this way. When we showed up, turned out Mary had TRIPLE BOOKED our Grand Casitas....

We stayed 4 nights at casa Iguana and it was just gorgeous :) We didn't have a casa in the front of the sea ( which you can have because they have plenty) but it was a quiet spot :) The beach just at the foot of the hotel is the most beautiful one we found on the ilsand. The...
