Perfect spot for a romantic dinner in the great island! Friendly owners, great food (italian home made). The most incredible hidden secret of great corn island. Fresh products and love are the main ingredients of La princesa de la Isla.

We stayed in this place for 5 nights and had a fantastic habitation. Super friendly and open hosts, clean and authentic atmosphere and next to a large postcard-beach. The Restaurant was the best place to eat in one month of traveling through Nicaragua. Delicious seafood and original Italian pasta plates for fair prices in a stunning surrounding. Must go place...

I booked 3 nights and stayed for 20; I would have stayed longer were they not sold out! I cannot speak sufficiently highly of this hotel, its owners, and the restaurant. The owners (a family of four adults) could not have been more accommodating: they went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable, relaxing and peaceful....

I stayed for one night. It's like staying at an Italian villa on the Mediterranean. Simple but perfect in its simplicity. Hammocks and chairs right on the water, rustic furniture and great home-made Italian food and Italian wine. Generous room size. Quiet. $60. The beach at Picnic Beach is superb and only an easy 10 minute stroll. Great place to...

Owners were extremely friendly, and the location was amazing. Rooms are spacious and were cleaned every day, and water-heater worked better than many places we stayed. Bathroom was quite nice. Mosquito net had several holes, meaning we were bitten somewhat frequently. Windows didn't totally shut and the window screens were not in good condition. Food was fresh and good, but...

The Hotel is right on the beach. The sound of the ocean in the Background had my 5 month baby sleeping the entire time. The breeze is exquisite. We stayed in one of the Bungalows. Spacious, Clean, Comfortable, the bathrooms are pretty big. The shower in our room had warm water. The Hotel is Family owned and run. They are...

I have recently spent a few days in a seaside lodge at Princesa de la Isla. I have found the accomodation spacious, neat and appropriate. In my opinion the hotel is found on an excellent location, with a private beach (you won't find any others on the island) and a quick access to the main road where a lot of...

The bungalows are rather rustic and the hot shower is not really hot and there is a neighbour (not the fault of the people running the resort!!!!) who sometimes plays the music very loud for hours and this is why I only give 4 points. However, the location is extremly good as you are directly on the sea and the...
