We were dropped off here due to a taxi driver's error. Our booking was for an airbnb nearby, but ew didn't discover the error until after a fabulous breakfast prepared by Ilma and a tour of the verdant courtyard and its Mayan artifacts by Roderigo. Though we could not stay, we both felt this would be a fabulous place to...

We spent a night here and the hostel served a purpose. It was clean and the staff were friendly. We had to practice our Spanish a bit although there was one guy who spoke good English. It's just down the street from a good Guatemalan restaurant. Nice courtyard with hammocks as well. We did think it was a bit overpriced...

Was a quick pit spot but was clean and the staff very friendly. We were meant to stay for the night but ended up finding a shuttle at night to go to lanquin. They were very understanding and helpful. Definitely seems like one of the best places for a backpacker in town

I was passing through Coban & used this hostel for one evening. I was greeted warmly & made to feel welcome. The dorm room was spacious and i enjoyed a good night sleep. All areas of this hostel were clean. The following morning the lady on reception was amazing. She made arrangements for my next hostel and gave good advice...

We are two English girls - we actually ended up here after a series of unfortunate accidents. After a stressful day we walked in and the hosts were very very welcoming. One could speak good English which was also helpful. The dorms are clean, the shower is powerful (but cold obviously) and it made our day a lot easier!

I don't mean that in a negative way. It was a pretty decent place and would definitely recommend it to backpackers. It's cheap, well centered, and an amazing staff. I stayed there traveling by myself for 2 nights and they even had a trip organized to Lanquin the next day. - It was clean and well taken care of

Nice little hostel tucked away on a side road in Coban so not noisy but still close to main plaza, bus terminal and market. Lovely little courtyard with hammocks & even a hot shower. Owners speak no English so knowing a little Spanish will help if you need info about local area/getting to Lanquin

I was coming off a long shuttle ride from Flores and booked this place on the road. It was a nice surprise- Welcoming and helpful staff, clean, hot showers and good wifi. There was a nice courtyard with hammocks. The location was excellent- near everything you might need and in a quiet spot.

The hostel is well run and the rooms are very clean. However, the bathroom is a bit strange, especially if you need your privacy. For some reason there is an opening near the ceiling so its not exactly "sound proof". If that does not bother you, just stay away from the hammok thats right across from the W.C. Otherwise, I...

I was staying in Lanquin when I medical issue forced me to travel to Coban. I couldn't return the same day so had to stay overnight in Coban. I was able to book into Casa Luna at short notice and I'm glad I did. Leonel (the owner/manager) was extremely helpful; he walked me to the pharmacy and translated for me....
